Today's episode has proven that Gautam has great Leadership Qualities and he is going to be Best Captain till now!
- The way he convinced all the house mates to do the work allotted by him...and even went to Pritam who was showing tantrums to join the metting. He ignored the attitude Praneet showed and the way he mocked Gautam, and gave him garden duty!
- He told Daayandra that he believes she can do any work to the best of her ability wen she refused to do the allotted duty!
- Wen Karishma refused to work, he clamly asked Puneet how much can he work n Puneet said watever u giveđ
- He was so calm, and without shouting or screaming, without getting into arguments he just told all the housemates to co-operate with him in the household work!!
- If all this was not enough, in LF yesterday Gautam was seen cleaning the bathroom sink n mirrors, he kept a close watch on the kitchen team and also made sure all others are doing their work perfectly!!
- Though the Vice-Captain idea was given by Puneet, but Gautam implemented it n made Dimpy n Renee the Vice-Captains, which is again a great move by him!! Something which was never done by previous Captainsđ
He is not bossing around or forcing others to work...he is making them do it by being sweet...this may irk a few for sure but others are following him for this very reason...A great leadership skill to haveđł
All those who were captain till now only used to sleep or ignore n later argue about it, except Ali who too was a good captain but very bossy!
The way Gautam announced the luxury budget items was also praiseworthy!!
Gautam did not make a big issue for the Bal Ka Prayog that Praneet did to him, and inspite of that he tried to resolve the differences on Puneet's insistence. Although I believe there was never something called P3G...it was a forced group...!!
Wen Sonali went to Gautam saying I hope u won't give me any work, he handled the situation very well by saying u keep doing ur work n I'll support u coz anyway u had stopped talking to me n now wen I m d captain u are cuming to me asking for no work...being the Captain I hav to think about the whole house n not one person alone!!đ (something shown in the US telecast inplace of the task)
All in all, Gautam is coming out as a very deserving Captain...he is proving all those calling him underserving as wrong!!
He has proved that he is a Leader and not a Follower (like others who get easily manipulated and change stands just to please others)...wen it cums to taking responsibility or standing up for himself, he did not even listen to Puneet, he used his own mind...!!
This quote is so apt for Gautam...The Winner Stands Alone...!!
Gautam will definitely come out as the winnerđ„ł...He deserves it more than anyone in BB house
