Nobody is listening to him...i have a feeling he wont gain anything ...he should have waited few more weeks more as in the end there are more chances of losing...

The way he got it was wrong therefore it backfired him

hmm..you could be right, it could definitely backfire and cost him his popularity but at the same time, given the HM's opinions on him, he may never have become captain again. Also, he is safe, which means they have to nominate other folks now and perhaps be forced to switch targets. Besides, this shook up the game, and maybe will cause some more dynamics apart from P3G to shift and instead of merely coasting along will finally start to play.
