English Hindi, Urdu and bits and pieces of Bhojpuri, Punjabi. I plan on learning more languages soon.

Some people are putting Hindi and Urdu with a slash but they are very different. I picked up Urdu from watching Pakistani TV and its very different. Chaste Urdu has lot of words from Persian, Turkish and Arabic which can make it very difficult for Hindi speakers. Likewise Urdu speakers will have no clue about sanskritised Hindi that was used in shows like Mahabharat or even some words that BB often uses. What most people speak in subcontinent is Hindustani which is a mish mash of Hindi, Urdu, local dialects etc.

Great post Mr. Bug

I think we should only mention what we can read, write and speak.
