Out of the group, I think Shiv is the worst. He knows what people are like but keeps quiet so he does not make enemies. Even when questioned by Salman he didn't say anything but Nimrit did though not against Sajid but rather trying to give an explanation. Honestly, their doe eyed look was so fricking annoying.

Sajid obviously doesn’t care about any of his minions. He likes all the attention and free ki flattery these sycophants do all the time. He is an experienced 50 plus guy, of course he sees through their BS. There’s no real emotional connection from his side, or even theirs for that matter.

You know Shiv even knows that Nimrit is with them like a leech for her own benefits, still he never says anything. I think he has genuine liking towards Stan and Abdu, but chooses to be a chamcha of Sajid in hopes of getting some work.
