Is it Shamita's fault?

My question is to all who has given a lot of flak to Shamita be it on this forum or any other social media.

First of all let me make it clear I only watch BB in weekend. I have seen a lot of tweets and post where they're saying it's Shamita's house. She's got her brother then BFF and boy friend. This situation may or may not work for her. But my question is this Shamita's falut? I am sure she doesn't have enough money to pay makers. If she did why would she be in this show? I have read where she has said she needs money. If the makers are favoring her why is it her fault then. Why is she getting so much flak for it?

This makes no sense to me. I am sure I am gonna get attack on this one but this is my POV.

I kind of agree with you. This is what I felt in OTT as well. She is a decent person and a player. She has flaws as much as other contestants but this blatant favouritism goes against her. In OTT as well they never criticised always supported her and criticised Divya so automatically all sympathy went with Divya. Also due to all this Shamita became more overconfident and started alienating Divya even more. Now here again they have given her so much support that she has automatically become entitled. See you are right Shamita technically shouldn’t be blamed but then who to blame? Umar , Teja and Karan? What is their fault in all this favouritism? It’s natural sympathy will go to them. And since Shamita is getting benefits of favouritism she will get the flak also. Let her survive continuous episodes of Salman’s bashing with no support. Then let’s see if she is BB winner material or not. It’s human nature to support the underdog. And thanks to BB Shamita is not looking like one.

For starters. No one attacks the person on IF. It’s against rules.

And welcome to the Shamita Shetty show :). Hopefully she makes top 5 list on her show at least. :) it’s never a bad thing to go to a 5* resort. Get paid for it and then even get 7* favors from the owners :). What can she do if she was born this way as she told sallu :)

Plainly put, No. Shamita isn't at fault. The makers and people who run the show are the only ones to blame. They are the ones who have given Shamita these privileges and she is just making use of the the opportunities presented to her. Anyone would be a fool to not cash in on it.

I've maintained this stance and I'll continue to stand by my words, I have no problem with how Shamita is playing the game, I do however cannot digest all the unjust advantages she gets in comparison to what the rest of the lot has to make do with. That's my only factor that annoys me.

I find Shamita pretty sorted in her head, doesn't mean I don't disagree with her game plan at times cus I do but the only reason I don't connect to her as an audience member is because of the blatant favoritism.

Even yesterday when Vishal was being grilled about his attitude with Devoleena, Shamita escaped scot-free, even though she was involved in that conversation and did disrespect Devo.

When she was asked to speak about the whole situation with Vishal and Devo, she started explaining her stance thinking she had also been called out for the way she talked to and about Devoleena but sadly , Salman gently nudged her in a completely different direction because he knew he didn't want to implicate her on national television and that was a can of worms best left unopened. This is what I cannot stand. The rules seem rigged in her favour.

It's human nature to always have a soft corner for the underdog and by virtue of all the things Shamita can get away with inside the house without BB so much as batting his lone eyelid, anyone pitted against her becomes the underdog. That is the sole reason why I never find myself rooting for Shamita in any instance because I know whatever happens, she'll never pay a price of anything. No matter how wrong she is, her flaws will be carpeted and justified even by the host every weekend.

And I cannot blame Shamita for this because she doesn't decide that she gets to be protected. She knows it is very much happening but she isn't the one pulling the strings to make it happen.

In Wedkend ka vaar only Vishal was scolded for his comments on Debolina but shamitha also participated.

when Salman asked shamitha was giving her explanation but Salman diverted by saying he is talking about something else. Wow...that's next level.
