Is it Shamita's fault? - Page 2

I look at it from a different perspective. Anyone who is in the house is there willingly. They are all adults who chose to come into the house and they weren’t forced. If they are feeling discriminated or slighted then as an adult it is their responsibility to speak up for their own rights - why should their fans take up their cause and advocate on their behalf when they themselves can’t be bothered? This isn’t a battered or abused wife who has no support.

I also see that sometimes people like venting. What Shamita is doing inside many are doing to her on the outside on this forum. Frankly, I find nepotism argument very naive specially in the film industry. If it was politics or sports it would affect me, but not in the entertainment industry.

Additionally, think about it if someone here was a teachers pet or their boss’s favourite worker then did they ask them to take them out of the list? Nope, so why be bothered if Shamita is favoured. When she is nominated if you don’t like her don’t vote for her. But I do see the need to vent so many do. I don’t like her but I don’t dislike her either, I am indifferent. Pratik I don’t like because of his behaviour and this entire lot including Shamita are extremely boring.

But I do hear you lately posts are all let’s bash Shamita and nothing else. I guess it could be because there is nothing else going on so this appears to be topic de jour. This season is the most boring season so what else apart from Shamita can one think of? In a way it’s ironic - on one hand it’s oh she is privileged and on the other let’s continue making her privileged by talking about her non stop. Kind of defeats the purpose. Best thing would be to never discuss but I guess everyone is entitled to their opinion and flavour of this season is Shamita.

She is not paying but her family is influential...by influential u have contacts and can bend things in ur favor.

If u watch WKV than yesterday only salman jokingly said " god listens to her wishes leaving global warming and pandemic,,, who is that God"..

Somewhere salman too may be helping he is good friends with Shilpa and is always known to helping his old colleagues.

He launches his colleagues son and daughter than this is a small favor if we see clearly.

people are bothered because it’s a competition and their favs are pitted against Shamita and her favouritism. See nepotism is not the problem here. She got chances to do BB 3 times it’s fine but problem is favouritism. And favouritism is making other people’s journey difficult. They get criticised for slightest things but Shamita doesn’t, they can’t speak against her or be against her. This game is a lot about numbers which you need in tasks which Shamita now automatically has but others have to earn. Hence when in competition people speak about their favs they will bring up Shamita’s privileges.

I have no issues with speaking about it nor have I said there is no favours but the point is all these venting isn’t going to change anything, so it’s basically talking to a brick wall.

Why can’t they speak against her? Who cares about Salman? If you are treated badly speak up - I know many contestants have in the past. If you are scared then that’s on you. Divya spoke against Karan and she won so why don’t others?

People are entitled to having an opinion but same thing over and over and over again seems repetitive. When times comes like the past two times vote her out and make the favourite win. She may come again who knows but that’s neither here nor there.

Favouritism is nothing new either and this isn’t going to change. I don’t see any thought provoking posts which discusses tasks and how she was favoured ( bar a few made by few good TM here) but every post is she gets this, she gets to eat gluten free (she has colitis), and so forth. In competition where votes makes or breaks, let the best person win. Talking about same thing over and over again seems whining but like I said one is entitled to having an opinion and if that means whining then so be it. I guess she is given more credit by every post where topic is Shamita.
