Urdu is allowed ????

English is not allowed , Arshi got mad because Rubina was breaking the rules as it’s a HINDI show but as far as I know Urdu is not Hindi and I don’t understand her Urdu words .

Is speaking Urdu not breaking the rule ???

No, Urdu and Hindi stem from the same language system - Khari Boli. Their vocabularies are interchangeable to a certain extent. If Bollywood can survive with its farce of making people believe that the language used in its movies is Hindi, then I honestly think Urdu, the rightful language of the “so-called Hindi cinema” should have its place in the entertainment industry. Urdu was used as the official language (DAFTARI ZUBAAN) for many years even after the partition of India, until Hindi was shoved down our throats as the official language of India.

Moreover, the real line between the textbook versions of Urdu and Hindi is very thin. It’s the vocabulary of either language that changes the grammar and syntax. Remove that and come up with common terminologies and this issue gets eliminated. Honestly, it really doesn’t matter.

Bollywood songs use Urdu as their base. The language spoken by commoners in India is Hindustani (a crossbreed of Hindi and Urdu). Notice the difference in the pronunciation of words spoken by yesteryear’s actors like Dharmendra, Amitabh Bachchan, Pran, Manoj Kumar, Amrish Puri, etc. and compare it to the pronunciation of basic Urdu words spoken by actors of today’s generation. The difference is obvious.

Most literary institutions do not differentiate between the two sister languages anyway; they share a common language department.

No Hindi and Urdu are not exactly same .

So many times I have seen Rahul asking iska matlab.... I myself don’t understand whatever the Urdu words Arshi use . And they use only basic English in the show which I am sure majority understand. Same majority which understands Urdu words . If some don’t understand English then some also don’t understand Urdu .

This way Punjabi is also similar . Will BB allow Punjabi in the show ?

And it’s not about understanding the language but about the RULES .

it's not pure urdu and in hindi even in literature various urdu terms are used as it is part parcel of language so to an extent urdu mix hindi is allowed same with English hindi mix English allowed hai pure English

Not full fledged Punjabi but Punjabi words are used all the time....Sonali uses Haryanvi words...

BTW....what do you think....if Hindi speaking people have to say blood....will they say khoon or lahu..khoon is Urdu..lahu is Hindi....for Book..how many will use kitab(urdu) or pustak(Hindi) ....for Heart...dil(Urdu) or Hridaya(Hindi)???

Jo shabd ka arth buddhi mein nah aaye to yahan jo tumhare mitr hain, unse sampark karo, woh tumhe purntya shudh hindi mein puri sadbuddhi ke sath, udahran ke sath wyakhya kar denge.

I think by Hindi, you mean this hindi to be talked in BB.😊

That is correct...ye hai shuddh Hindi....and no one speaks like that..

Actually, I tried my best, even more helping words can be translated to Hindi like buddhi mein = buddhi ke bheetar. Agar sab Hindi bolne lage to BB apna hindi bhool jaye. actually, 80% urdu word use hota hai normal bol chal mein Hindi belt mein. Even a simple word like "Yahan", "Wahan" is urdu word.

Arshi doesn't speak pure Urdu..she speaks Hindi, Urdu mix...hers have more Urdu words.....pure Urdu sirf Galib ke samajh mein aayegi...😆If we go by BB rule book...then only pure Hindi should be allowed....no words from any other language......tum log baal ki khaal nikalne mein lage ho.....BB ka ghar mein bolchal ki Hindi hai...warna Thankyou aur sorry bhi Hindi mein bolna padega....Imagine saying Dhanyavaad and Kshama kijiye...😆
