I agree with most of what the OP said. When you're in the house, it can be difficult to see objectively what is going on in the house because you're stuck in there and emotions run high. Taking a break from the house and seeing Asim through the viewers eye has given Sidharth a better view of Asim. I think Sidharth was used to seeing Asim as someone he needs to guide and help along and not as a competitor. He's now seeing Asim handle different aspects of the house along with task without being involved as s an opponent. This helps him see Asim's game a lot better and I'm sure to some degree Asim has won Sidharths respect as far as his game goes.

Now onto the topic of making Asim captain. This is the one thing that pisses me off about this forum. People are so unfair in their judgement. When Asim didn't give Mahira the letter he was playing the game and making a smart move. Well duh, so was Sidharth when he decided not to make Asim or Rashami captain. They are against him and his team, so why would he make them captain and give them the chance to take out a team member? The whole game is to save yourself. Sidharth did the smart move by making Vikas Gupta captain as hes coming off as neutral so far. It makes sense to make Vikas captain. Also Sidharth is right in saying Vikas is someone everyone will listen to as he's had no issues with anyone as of yet.

Absolutely! Also when everyone in the house was talking behind Sid , Asim was the only one who didn’t spit a single word against him. He might’ve realised that as well.

let’s see how he go with him further !!!!!

Shukla's ego will never let him acknowledge that Asim is doing well in the game.

His refusal to accept that others are going good is going to be his downfall.

He was very upset with Paras the other day when he stopped Asim from troubling Rashi and was going to take off her clown makeup

Sid was upset, he wanted Asim to continue to do it as he was doing it by himself and this would expose him. That was his point. That in itself showed his insecurity.

His ego didn't let him apologize even once for all his violence and abuses. His ego to not acknowledge his shortcomings will lead to his downfall.

So true. He is 100% definitely his own worst enemy. This show was (is?) practically served to him on a platter, and he's killing his chances of victory with his own behavior. For all the smart feedback implementing and people reading he does, he really is the dumbest person in the house from that point of view. 😆

Heard Shukla would be meeting his family in the hospital. He'll probably be told how popular Asim is and that he's the top contender for winning. It'll be shocking to him, coz the way Asim and his issues are ignored during WKWs, the HMs would think Asim isn't such a threat.

Also hope his family tells him how bad he looks when he demeans people, especially Arti who has always been loyal to him.

Shukla did understand that Asim is a strong player and is playing really well that too without playing dirty !

But Shukla's weakness and his biggest flaw is his EGO and arrogance ! His ego won't let him admit his own flaws, his ego won't let him understand Asim's pov as well

But yes he is a cunning man who has often changed course of his game after the hints he got on weekend ka vaars...I believe he will change his game now as well but for how long he will be able to keep it going is the question coz he always resorts back to fighting, shouting and violence coz of his ego and temper...I do think he will remain cordial with Asim but also try to hamper Asim's game coz now he knows that Asim is a strong competitor

Makers have done their best to give Shukla so many advantages and yet he has failed to capitalise on then

Shukla himself will be the reason of his downfall
