The next morning both the host and the guests sat down for breakfast and the hostess went on to serve them the most delicious meal they had tasted.Raja ramshah and ks were full of praises for the food.
rr:Maharaniji,bhojan bahut hi swadisht bana hai.
db:dhanyawad rajaji.kunwarji,aapko kaisa laga bhojan?
ks:ji maharaniji,bahut hi swadisht hai.
db:ji dhanyawad!
rr:maharaniji,aapne humme apne putron se toh milwaya hai,kintu aapne ab tak humme apni putriyon se nahi milwaya.chand kanwar aur maan kanwar,kahan hain ve?
db:ji hum abhi unhe bulwate hain.
Suddenly,she noticed maan passing by the corridor.
db:maan,aap shighra yahan aayiye.
maan(noticing them all):ranimma hum..?
db:haan! aap hi ka naam maan hai na?
maan:ji..ji ranima.
She came in but she didn't raise her eyes to look at ks.
db:rajaji,ye hai humari putri maan.
She looked at her so that she would greet them but she was hardly listening.She was once again lost in her own line of thoughts.
db:maan,kahan kho gayi hain aap.
maan:ji...ji ranima.
db:maan,aapko kuch kehna nahi hai rajaji se?
maan:ji,khamma ghani rajaji!
rr:ghani khamma,maan kanwar!kaisi hain aap?
maan:ji,hum thik hain.
db:ye lijiye maan,ye daal lijiye aur ks ko parosiye.
maan's pov:ye kahan phas gayein hain hum?ranima,aap kuch aur nahi karva sakti thi humse?nahi,bhool humari hai,humme iss samay yahan nahi aana tha.
db:maan,aap sunn rahi hain?
maan:ji ranima!
She took the daal from her and walked slowly towards ks.When she poured the daal into his thali,her hands met with his and almost instantly,she looked up at him and so did he.They were lost once again in each other's eyes.Meanwhile,maan kept pouring the daal into ks's thali and the bowl was overflowing with the daal and spread itself on ks's dress too.But neither of them did realise this.Seeing them thus,Kp coughed a bit,bringing them back to the real world.
db:maan,ye kya kar rahin hain aap?aapne ks ke vastra par bhi daal gira di.ab shighra jakar jal le aayiye isse saaf karne ke liye.
maan:ji..ji ranima!
Maan was so shy now that being the chatterbox of the family also didn't help her speak anything more.She hurried to bring the water.
db:kshama kijiyega kunwarji.
ks:nahi nahi maharaniji.iski koi awashyakta nahi hai.
maan(giving him the pitcher of water):ye lijiye kunwarji! aur humme kshama kijiye,humse bhool ho gayi.
ks:nahi nahi baisa.
chand(entering the scene):khamma ghani rajaji! khamma ghani kunwarji!
rr:ghani khamma!
db:rajaji,ye hain chand!
rr:ji maharaniji!
Chand went and stood near maan.
chand:aapka dhanyawad kunwarji,aapne kal humari jija ki bahut sahayata ki.
rr:kya sahayata,ye kab hua?
maan(whispering to chand):chand,aap chup rahiye.
chand(loudly):kyun jija,hum chup kyun rahein?humne kuch galat kaha kya? humne toh keval apne jijusa se apni jija ki sahayata karne ke liye dhanyawad kaha.
US(laughing):chand,aap abhi se ks ko jijusa kehne lagin hain?
kp:haan dajiraj,ye toh kal se inhe jijusa keh rahin hain.vaise,ks aapne kya sahayata ki maan ki?
ks:ji voh hum...
maan:chodiye na dadabhai. accha ab hum chalte hain.humme vo ..pooja ..haan pooja mein jana tha.
Everyone laughed aloud as maan left the hall in great haste,while still blushing badly.
US:lagta hai maan ko bhi ks pasand aa gayein hain.ab toh humme aur vilamb nahi karna chahiye iss vivah mein.
rr:haan ranaji,humme bhi aisa hi lagta hai.aap kya kehte hain ks?
ks:hum..hum kya kahein?
kp:hum abhi aate hain maan se baat karke.
US:ji kp!
