It will be harder to accept SM as Pratap. But people are trying. Ppl will start to like him...but please don't say anything about Faisal. He is too good to compare with SM at this point.

That kid did an amazing job, "not just good job." If he...in your language, "wasn't perfect," CV's wouldn't have kept him in the show for one and half year. If he...in your language..."wasn't perfect," CV's wldn't took 500+ auditions to find the adult Pratap. So many ppl said, so many good things about him. He is only 15 and this was his first and biggest TV show ever! Did you even saw his acting as Pratap?

And you are in Faisal fans territory...if you say anything against Faisal...then you are doomed 😈

No one is perfect, not even Faisal. But for us, he is just perfect. And it's been two days he is been gone from the show, obviously it will take time for us to get over him who is been part of this show for one and a half year...so don't tell us to come out of our "biased," world. We will come out when we want.

And many of us comparing SM with real MP not with Faisal. But it's true tht Faisal did an amazing job as younger Pratap.

If you really wanna praise SM, why not create a AT on his name?? Go thr and praise him as much as you want...no one will say anything to you guys.

I agree with what you said...Faisal was able to portray the fierceness so beautifully...not only that he was stellar in all his scenes, be it romance, grief, anger...he nailed all the scenes with aplomb...though he might have faltered in the beginning of the show which was understandable as it was his first show...

Regarding SM I think he's unable to get the essence of Pratap, the warrior...😡...I am most disappointed with his voice yaar...no power..WTH...and yest epi when he spoke about his hatred for Ajab...I kept on waiting for a reflection of the same in his eyes...but alas ...when you hate or love some1 with so much passion it should reflect in your gait, your body language and most importantly your eyes... 😡

boo hoo hoo 😭😭😭...what a waste...SM is not a bad actor...he has to understand the essence of pratap and then hopefully he will deliver...and his body language will become right...I just hope he gets there sooner...

I like the rest of the casting...Rachna as Ajab was tremendous in her entry shot...it was a seamless transition...😃...and kunwar Jagmal...well well he looks slimy and evil to say the least...perfect casting...😆😆

Yes, there was a connect with Roshni's Ajabde from day one...instant connect...Rachna is a decent actress but I don't feel connected to her Ajabde...she's deffo way better than Sharad at this point but neither of them really are Pratap or Ajabde to me...woh time jaa chuka hai...with time, maybe Rachna still might manage to make her own stamp as her interpretation of Ajabde...I see a lighter version of Rajshree/JB in her...but Pratap toh lost cause ho gaya hai

Story has also been butchered so badly...kal when adult Ajabde was having FBs of their PREM etc. etc. , I was thinking wow these kids pretty much brought that story to life...there is nothing even left to show now...funnily enough Pratap-Ajabde never spoke the P word...i.e PREM until their very last scene...most of their story was, "Aap humein achhi lagti/lagte hain" and "Hum aapse vivah karna chahte hain" and that was their sweetness...since the time of the PREM and GHRINA transition, as it is the story took a shift in another direction and the adult versions mouthing words like PREM somehow just seems so EMPTY😕

actually everything is wrong with the leap. first the story is fake and never mentioned in history so people who watch it to know more about real MP will hate the show.

on top of that the characters are butchered to the point there is no turning back for them including pratap and Jawaynta bhai. we just cant connect with the characters anymore. the only sane one seems to ajabde or maybe they did it to glorify ajabde and to make their reunion more impactful.

last but not the least the actors are not up to the mark. now that MP is grownup we wont be only comparing the new actor with the child actors but also with the real MP. so far no one is ready to accept sharad as MP but most have accepted rachana as ajabde. this shows that old viewers just want justice done by the actors to their roles nothing more. we are not saying this out of jealousy that faisal and roshni is replaced

i wonder what the trp viewers think because if they like it then this show will go like this with saas bahu drams for atleast 3 months.

He looks very artificial in whatever he's doing...the stubble doesn't work on him either...

Faisal's best quality was his natural earnestness...baccha hoke bhi bade badon ka baap tha woh while playing this character.

If Sharad has any prayer of doing a halfway decent job of this role, he needs to stop PLAYING Pratap and LIVING him.
