Symbols and Analysis
Jhumar- usually means status and opulence, but a falling jhumar means the opposite, even though it was sabotage, it means hard times are ahead!
Snake- you must have heard of Astik mei saap- well thats one symbolism- that a snake is like the cunning enemy and in that cave the enemy was the snake aka GJ! For SS it was GJ who was the snake in the sleeve!
Killing of a Snake- US kills the snake and its unauspicious to kill a snake, whats significant is that it happened in what was suppose to be Pratap's new room, so that room will not bring him luck!
Chakrapani's prediction- yes GJ was the person that Pratap would fall too, it was literal meaning because he was on his knees when GJ tried to kill him, she thinks she succeeded but of course no she didnt!
The Shadow- the episode started with a shadow of SS, which HB called a woman's shadow with a knife- that actually symbolises GJ's shadow because she is the one has brought havoc here!
The whole episode has this ominous feeling to it, even when the dance was going on, you were not happy to see it, even when Pratap stops the Jhumar from falling, you still knew something more was going to happen!
SS and Pratap- we hate and love the man, Surtan Singh, but I noticed that Pratap and SS are somewhat alike, and different too- they are completely opposite when it comes to principles but at the end of his life he did give up the name of his boss. And how is SS and Pratap alike? no matter what you do to them they just dont die! they manage to escape! SS of course dies today because he trusted the wrong person in the end and your sins add up and you pay for them! But if Pratap is the hero then SS is the anti-hero. SS lived in his own style and lived life to the fullest and Pratap does the same thing! Had SS followed the right principles he would have been like Pratap and would have fought along side each other. Both met their match in GJ, but Pratap is smarter than GJ because she didnt expect Pratap to get to the cave! Now She is going down!
Pratap is hurt by a khanjar that is thrown at his back- basically stabbing in the back or we would say betrayal, this only means that Pratap will only be brought to his knees (but not fully defeated) when someone stabs him in the back, otherwise never!
So JaanVi just pointed out that SS died like a mouse, because a snake eats a mouse! And I will add that Pratap is no mouse so the snake cant kill him!

GJ continues dancing and gets the girls to come and dance, Pratap and his friends are watching, and his friends say why dont you join, he is all excited and is about to go!!!! omg!!! but realises at the last moment that he cant go out there! hahah!
At that moment our brave Hansabai comes to the lousy king- Mahamurkh and says I need to tell you some thing important, and MM is all chill, wth!
Phool asks Pratap to join them, and he does!
OMG Hansabai says SS is here! But Mahamurkh says he has the palace under tight security (really?!) and that SS is dead! oh when he finds out she was right, i want to see his face!!!!
the dance is going on like nothing happened (and nothing will happen!)
Pratap the observant sees HB talking to MM!! and he goes to her, but the stupid gadha MM shuts her up!!! im pissed!!
And at that moment SS is almost done cutting the rope, Pratap sees it and our hero, knight in shingin armour, goes and catches hold of the rope!!! Waahhh!!!
Everyone gets hazar volt ka jhatka!!!!
you have no idea I literally screamed in joy when SS was trying to run and Pratap sees his face!!!! the end is near SS!!!! Pratap instantly recognises him!!! and remembers all his misdeeds! SS has become a statue, he is literally frozen! And then after all that everyone runs in fury towards him yelling Surtan SIngh!!!!!
but that evil SS puts a knife on Pratap's neck!!! uski itni himmat!!!!
oh the only good part about this was the SS called MM, mahamurkh to his face!!! jee bavlo ho gayo!
ok GJ plays the ultimate card- she comes in between Pratap and SS and says you are a traitor, so she is in the good books and then MM gets a hold of SS!
GJ becomes the heroine today, grrr
MM is beating up SS but Pratap stops him and tells him to follow Rajput dharma, ok Pratap has no idea what is happening! grrr

Pratap is getting a new room! yea he will need that for sure! biwi aayegi!
GJ is getting all royal treatment, but HB starts her questioning (as Pratap needs answers)- HB is not too impressed with GJ! smart lady!

Pratap and his friends are talking - Pratap says someone is helping SS and they are inside the mahal!
SS ran away again this time from prison- his resume is growing!!!
SS ran away thru a underground passage way! wow! ok so nothing genius!
But my question is why oh why do you put someone in a jail cell that has an escape route? idiots!!!
OMG, Pratap now knows that it was all planned!
OMG GJ stole all of Bijolia's treasure, ok thats it, she is going down!!!
And there are mughal soldiers waiting for SS, this is too much, can I go and kill them?
SS rode away on a horse, can someone put him on a donkey?!!!
GJ's men go into the passage looking for Pratap! And Pratap takes on all of them and kills all of them, no surprises there!
Pratap gets out and sees horse hoof prints- basically that a good bread crumb trail!
The cave in teh middle of no where has all the treasure! dude where did Pratap get the horse?! lol!
SS called GJ a nagin, well she put one in a chest in the cave! OMG its a cave full of snakes, I hope Pratap doesnt get hurt, he doesnt have backup! oh dear!
A snake bites SS, (he has lived thru everything, but this?) and at that moment GJ comes!
Rest in Peace Rao Surtan! he is dead or so it looks like it!
Well it looks like GJ didnt expect Pratap to reach the cave!! she runs into the cave! Please Nag devta kill her too!
Thank god, Pratap has a fire torch to keep the snakes away!
SS reveals in his final moments (i think) reveals that Jalal is behind this attack! and Pratap asks who is helping him in the mahal- SS says Gauhar Jaan but of course he is incomprensible and no one knows her bay that name!
GJ throws a snake at Pratap and at the same time US kills a snake! pratap is bitten by a snake! oh god!!! JB knows its an upshakun!!!
our hero is in an bad state, adn then GJ throws a khanjar at his back! OMG now this is war! you dont mess with Pratap! GJ leaves him to die but Pratap takes out the khanjar!
Pratap somehow manages to get out, but falls!
MM gets there but doesnt see Pratap omg! he enters the cave! takes the treasure and SS
No one sees Pratap or the horse, are they blind!!!! I cant watch Pratap just lying there foaming from the mouth!!!!!
Precap- JB worried to death! (I am too!)
Today was a roller coaster of emotions, but it left me angry! on the bright side, Ajabdeh will take care of Pratap for sure! But im still angry and maha-pissed! To tell you all the truth, I was in shock half thru the epi and I didnt know how to write all that was happening, I was just maha-angry! And no amount of emoticons can justify the emotions we all feel today!
Sorry for the delay, I was just soo lost in emotions and the episode! I liked it but I hated it too! Im not going to make predictions on how Pratap will survive but it will be a miracle for sure! Have a great Weekend, and try not to think about today's episode!
