Maya has a date with law before thinking of any peace!
She killed Ashwin & still enjoying comforts of her home for more than 3 years! Naturally, the trigger happy Maya is still at her game of threatening everyone with her Gun, as she knows how to evade law!
But poor Ayaan is rotting in jail, for days together, for a far less offence! He is suffering actually for a crime which is foisted upon with a malafide intent to frame him!
Who is the aggressor & who is the Victim? Will justice punish only weaker ones?

her actions are justified for killing ashwin. Hence taking into the account that how much he tortured her and janvi didn't even bother to protect her child. I know that killing is not a justification but when a persons tolerance level exceeds they take aggressive steps. Maya killing Ashwin doesn't really bother me, because he deserved it.Coming to Ayaan, what maya did was utterly disgusting. Using such sensitive issue is not ok. She could have had ayaan charged, fine, but putting him in prison no no. Well what goes around comes around. Maya will eventually face the Karma for the things she has done. But it gives Ayaan no right to threaten such Maya like that in her own bloody house. He should have simply called the police instead of showing his male power through words. I wouldn't tolerate people threatening me in my own bloody house.

Some exceptions may be there such as self defence on a national duty etc! But Maya does not qualify any exempted category!
The person whom I replied was making a case to justify Maya killing Ashwin!

If my answer is read in context, it will be clear why I am talking about exempted category of killing someone is legally pardonable!
If justification is done to seek legally pardoning of the crime & exempted category lists who can even make such justification for legal pardon, then we are on point!Originally posted by: HadhSeJyada
Justification and exemption are two different things like how legal and moral issues sometimes have discontinuities
