My point of view.

Jenfier has always said in her every interview that maya is a grey character. Nd faking rape case will not make her only negative character but also will make bad impact on her image. ( faking rape case is a big thing) and i don't think even cvs will do this. And the way the show was going maya was turing all black this was the only way by which maya character can come back. Nd arya love. I think maya will loose the case definitely nd sanjh will win she will use all the wrong deeds of maya which she has done in past and will prove her mad. But maya at end will get justice how she will get that is still unclear. And all those who are saying maya is faking the rape case nd ayan was only finding keys.by bitting her neck will he find the keys? No right? And i don't think maya will ever let anyone touch her expect arjun. The court drama is about to begin and maya will face the karma. Maya fake pregnancy which she said in press conference. ( sanjh still don't know this) maya making everyone believe that arjun beats maya. All the truths will come out making maya bad and mad. No one will beileve her because of her past deeds. Let's see how maya will deal with all this coz at end she too is a masterplayer.

I agree with many of your points. I also think Saanjh will win and Arya will lose. But I don't think Saanjh will have much time to celebrate her victory as she might find our the truth and feel guilty for choosing the wrong side. At the same time I don't know why but It doesn't seem Ayan was intending to rape her or may be he doesn't remember from the way he's acting now. It seems like both Maya and him are right. Maya more because any girl would think of such situation as rape attempt. But I am not getting even if Ayaan didn't intend, then why is he still saying he didn't do anything? He did physical assault her, ripped her clothes and bit her neck. So with all that it does seem his intend was to rape her, but at the same time a little bit I am skeptical that may be he's stupid and did all that to intimidate or was drunk and didn't mean actual rape only because of the way he's acting now. However , again I still don't get why is he being dishonest saying he didn't do NOTHING AT ALL even if he didn't mean to rape.

Anyway, Maya's past will be brought to demean her and prove her wrong. I disagree with your other points. She didn't fake pragnancy or MC. Cvs would've showed that if she did because they always show all her plans to viewers. Why would they leave 1-3 out? So I don't think she was not pragnant. She was crying and complaining to Ganesha for taking away her happiness. She never lies to him. Also, though the society thinks Arjun beats her, maya never planned all this with the intention of making people think of him that way. Even Arjun didnt say this to Ayaan. She hits herself because she thinks of herself a bad girl and she tries to harm herself when when Arjun tries to leave her, and people instead think he's the one beating her as most people obviously won't think a woman will hit herself out of guilt or depression. Similar situation happened during their anniversary and then Maya again had to clarify to the public.

Saanjh won't win for sure. Because Samay won't let her. He'll pass all the evidences she gathers to maya so that she can prepare well for the case. Plus the cctv etc will go against saanjh too. What I believe is maya herself will back out, take up the allegations on ayan on the verge of winning the case with the condition that sharma family won't ever look back at arjun. She's giving them their real son in return of the sautela son.

And regarding maya's character being grey, her immense love for arjun is making her do this. This love aspect itself brings down her character from black to grey.

Anything, I think this time Maya will get pragnant again for real with the way Cvs had made Arjun fine with her for now. With Saanjh's searching her past though, may be Samay's truth will come out And Arjun might lose his trust on her again for hiding her past or/and the same Maya's obsession will drive him away again.

Coming to Samay he is the metaphor. He is behaving as if Time should behave. In this statement there was no assumption. He clearly stated what he saw, only what he saw. Nothing more, nothing less.
