There are three witnesses in this case!

Apart from what Maya & Ayaan have to say on this case! (& if CCTV evidence is really used, it will go against Maya! An intelligent defense lawyer can always demand to probe unedited archives!)

Jhanvi- present in the spot, did not come for help! Why? Will she be able to explain, if asked?

Arjun -Also present, Very capable of defending his wife if she was attacked! He too, didn't come for help! Why? Can he explain this in the open court?

Samay- Why did he come there? What was he doing in Maya's house? What is his relationship with her?
And if he says,Ayaan was too drunk and did know what he was doing, as he said before, it only weakens the case!
It will be argued then it is an impulsive action & not premeditated!
Nevertheless, still punishable for a lesser offence, but not under rape or an attempt to rape!

Will everyone be comfortable to face such embarrassing questions in open court?

When emotions ebb, sensible thoughts will prevail!

First of all the case going to fight, it's not all about Rape case it all about to prove maya Made only.

Maya definitely going to lose the case and only after that she can fight for herself her respect and she will lose the case just because of Arjun only. He's protecting Ayan not MAya and this thin will make maya lose case.

I dont think they will question janvi coz she can't speak nd she was locked in her room.Why didn't arjun came to help maya.he has to tell or ayan will tell that maya tied him up.like i said maya truth will come out showing her bad and mad. And cctv footage will play a big role i feel now it won't be there but after the case gets over or in the last hearing somehow maya or sanjh will have the footage ( i think who ever will be winning probably sanjh Will prove maya gultiy and after the case gets over Manya gets the footage nd proves everyone that she didnt lie or the other way round that sanjh gets the footage nd proves that ayan is not guilty )coz only cctv footage can tell who is right nd who is wrong.

@Bold I thought Ayaan barged inside her room searching Arjun! Am I wrong? If she is conscious & fit enough to understand questions, she can answer in written form!
The rest of it, I don't know if Maya or Arjun will like to bring their personal relationships out in court!
So, will good sense prevail at some time?
