Right or wrong is decided from where you are looking- Part 2

After seeing yesterday's episode I thought of putting this post. This is the dialogue Maya told after rescuing Ayan from the drug scandal. Where she tells it doesnt matter what others think, right or wrong is decided from where we are standing.
Yes Maya's way has been Beyhadh. She has done a lot of things and has hidden up also lot of things to reach where she is. Obviously the trigger for her ways is what happened to her as a 9 year old. It is the way the 9 year old found to survive in this world and it has always paid her dividends. Nobody did anything to show her other wise. She tried to be good, but then she was not accepted and the 9 year old decided she can only survive through the ways she has been using since 9 year old. We need to understand Maya's world of right and wrong is gained by her experience. No one has taught her. She came from a dyfunctional family.

In comes this boy Ayan who is not from a dyfunctional family. He is taught to be good or atleast the theory of what is good is known to him. His mother has bought him up with her values or atleast we can say Vandana would have never tried to give him wrong values. That much I can make up of her. But this young boy finds pleasure in dating sites. Yes he is caught naked. His family ignores it. Of course dating and having pre marital relations is part of growing up of boys. You are allowed to be Casanova. Yes a boy can. His mom tells not to drink alchohol. But both brothers have it. His mom sees, but never seriously punish. Well he can have, after all what other entertainment a man can have and what is a man without booze. So far so good. Having pre marital relation with consenting partners is fine, having booze and sleeping in your home is also fine. It doesnt affect anyone else, only you. But these are the habits that spill over in most cases and result in what happened yesterday. When faced with a situation which was controlled by a woman, he found the best way to intimidate her, assaulting her sexually. Yes he did a crime. From his perspective he is right. Maya didnt free his brother, so he had the right to attempt to rape her and if Samay had not come rape her completely. He told the most disgusting dialogues. Yes the woman who trapped his brother deserved it, and yes for that trapping she can be raped.

Now the question is a 9 year old girl stabbed her father. She is Kaala Saya. Ashwin is dhoodh mein dhula innocent.

Ayan attempted to rape Maya. Again Maya is Kaala Saya. Ayan is dhudh mein dhula innocent.

Why the little girl maya and Maya the woman only is wrong. There is nothing wrong about Ashwin the man or Ayan the man. They did only mistake, not crime.

Every crime has the involvement of 2 parties. We call one victim, the other criminal. And it differs from where you are looking.

For me Govindachamy deserves death penalty for raping the girl Soumya. But for human right activists he is the victim and should not be hanged. Because he didnt kill Soumya, only raped a half dead girl, forcing her to jump from the train 🤢

Triple talaq to me is a violation of the fundamental right of a Muslim women, but then I heard comment from some religious person on a channel debate that if it is invoked then husbands will kill wife to get rid of them 🤢. So if a wife wants life in a marriage it is better she be a destitute while the husband marries second or third time and yes it is right for some.

Back to the topic. As a society whether a man does crime or a woman does crime finger is finally pointed at women. And we women excel in that, to point fingers at another women more than men. Rape is the worst crime and women themselves side with the criminal when this happens. Women support domestic violence, female foeticide , infanticide in the name of helplessness. They allow themselves to be door mat. And if a woman stands up against a man women believe the man's words than the women's. Man's past is rarely digged at , while a woman's past is digged and ripped apart.

My heart is with the 9 year old girl who braved a man to survive in this world. Atleast she is much more straight forward and unapologetic about her ways than those who call themselves mahan, sanskaari and do things behind the veil and justify it one way or the other.

I will always wish she be punished for her wrong karma, but the light is given to her the right way to move forward and those of whom pointed fingers at her, hiding their own fallacies, crimes be shown what they really are and where they stand when confronted with moral conflicts.

Well said!
ANd maybe this horrendous incident was going to happen to her because of bad karma she has had
But god didn't let it happen
Maya's samay (time) walked in at the right moment
He didn't let this happen to her
Yet she got a feel of it... she got a feel of what it would've been like which is enough to punish her...

I just can't believe that some people are justifying ayaan pulling his Bhabhi's hair, ripping her clothes, and threatening her with those disgusting words!

Ayan totally lost it today. Ripping off her clothes definitely point to a sinister intent, but that won't be cleared until the 'key in the dress or not' question is solved.
However, I don't think Ayan was actually kissing her neck. He seemed to be trying to get the key from her left sleeve or something.

Overall, the episode was Disturbia from start to finish.

@krystal the key was on the table. It was perfectly visible. I guess I had put in some other post, Maya kept the keys in the table as she expected a tussle over the keys. A physical assault. Not sexually degrading dialogues and attack. She expected him to slap her, push her, try to tie her and some other things which you call physical assault. Presence of police point towards that.
But what she encountered was not physical assault, but sexual assault, attempt to rape. Yes it is her crimes that is coming back to her as I had told in my post Maya will lose this battle. Ayan will walk out scott free.

Yea the key was placed over the white table!
Ayaan wasn't interested in the keys but something else
I feel like he took advantage of his brother being tied up!
He knew that Arjun was bounded and he could take advantage of the moment
Ayaan was always seen eyeing Maya's beauty! But I was certainly surprised when I saw that he could stoop so low!

You have a point. Also, he had a kinda 'creepy lusty' look in his eyes when he cornered Maya near the table outside the room.

It was kinda puzzling for the viewers; one moment he looks angry and ready to kill Maya. The next moment, he looks 'perv'. So it's hard to determine what he actually meant when he said , "I'll inflict something worse than death". If you look carefully, he said this line with anger the first two times he uttered it. It was only in the third instance that it took on a more sexual undertone.

Maybe the shift in expressions was intentionally done in order to confuse the viewers and keep them guessing about Ayan's true intent. 😆

But the way he tore her clothes with that 'cold' look in his eyes, it was disturbing. Don't know how they'd justify that (in case Ayan is shown to be innocent later on as the tale proceeds).

Also, what about the bite marks?
