After seeing this week's episode...
One thing is very very clear...
Writers just want a villain in this story and some twists...
What reality is They made Maya to villain of this story and in the name of twist they're showing the unbearable saanjh, Ayaan and vandana again...
Her character became total opposite of what it was before the leap..
You can too notice the complete utter change in the characters... There are so many contradictions that I can't help but notice...
Maya Melhothra, The manipulator, The smartest, Cunning person, A very firm and strict boss, A master in mind games..
She's master at remaining subtle and who always was ten steps ahead in everything is doing cheap tricks to keep Arjun with her..? What had they changed her into..? She was cool, calm and cold... She manipulates and people don't even gets to know they're being manipulated by her... I agree her weakness is Arjun but Her strength is Arjun too... I thought after the leap Arjun will be like fragile depending on her for everything.. But this leap is totally contradictory to what they had shown in first hundred episodes...
She even handled the Ashwin case very neatly and superbly.. But where is her smartness and manipulative, cunning mind I so admired her off..?
She is a perfect shade of grey character.. What are they showing in this serial that a person who is mentally unstable or a person who is a grey shade will always be evil..? Then the good people are should be like Saanjh, vandana and Ayan..? In practical no one is like that... Everyone has both good and bad sides which some people hardly accept the fact.. That doesn't mean we're all evil..
Firstly Vandana,... Her sob story pf marrying Arjun's father is not that sorrowful.. Just because her friendship with Arjun's father turned into love then it doesn't mean every friendship will turn into love.. She always wanted Saanjh to be Arjun's partner because like saanjh no one can understand him... I mean, Really..? Who is she kidding..? When she alone didn't understand him perfectly how does she know anything about Saanjh... It's rather annoying that they show only love from friendship is true..? Friendship and love are different things.. Just because some people fall for their best friend doesn't mean every love has to be like that.. If only she pulled her head from the prejudiced narrow minded world she seems to be in, then she should have showered Maya with mother's love.. And the pandit ji along with horoscope drama was unbelievable.. Seriously she just concluded Maya as evil just by one meeting Maya broke glass seeing Arjun with Saanjh dancing during their first meeting... Then her conclusion turned into a right one because Pandit ji said so.. The pandit's are seers you know, whatever they say they're God's lines.. (Please note the sarcasm). She never was a good mother to Arjun frankly. She just abandoned him over a petty fight even though in her mind Maya is evil then why leave Arjun alone with her.? In her view, Maya is evil because she had the guts to come between her match making between the lovely, holy couple Arjun and Saanjh..
Saanjh, A person who can't express her love for years, then expressed it just like that after knowing he's already with someone.. If she had the courage to tell him about it then why didn't do it all these years..? She too got jealous and threw temper tantrums when Arjun worked for Maya over smallest things.. Well it's all nothing because she's so good. Her love is so selfless that she even loved him after knowing he's married and even was going to kiss him in front of everyone.. It's not her fault, it's all because of baang and blame Maya.. Because she's the one who made her move and dance close towards Arjun, she's the one who made her almost kiss him.. She's just a toy in Maya's hand, it's not her fault... My foot, Above all this vandana and Saanjh irritates the hell out of me when they call Maya evil and act as if they alone know what is good and innocent.. And if it was this easy to forgive Arjun then why didn't she sort their problems before three years..? Why didn't she read Arjun's eyes..? Where was she..? According to me she never was a good enough friend.. In every fight Arjun had with Vandana, she always sided with Vandana and didn't even care about Arjun.. She was so busy playing the goody goody girl who respected elders and speak with them in respect. She even advised Arjun to speak respectfully with Ashwin because he's an elder... So if you're an elder, no matter what they do you should respect them...
Ayan... He can't see his brother in pain and he should teach a lesson to Maya forgetting that because of her he got out of jail.. Honestly.. This character is a five year old in adult body except when it comes to girls.. He can relate his brother, how dare Maya restrict his brother from flirting and drinking.? How many girls he dumped..? How many girls he had slept with..? How many girls he lied to and cheated with..? Even going to marry to a girl to whom he's still lying that he's an innocent person.. So now a girl who was always nice to you want to keep your brother in a relationship, you call her evil and he's going to teach her a lesson.. He.. I mean He is going to teach Maya a lesson for suffocating his brother.. He too never was a good brother because no matter who is wrong, he always sided with Vandana against Arjun.. If he had considered Arjun as a real brother then he too wouldn't have abandoned Arjun.. I never take sides in a fight between mom and my siblings.. The precap of 6th April.? Is he really tearing her clothes or Maya makes it look like that.., even if Maya does then why he still pulls her around and pushes her against things... Why didn't he offer his shirt or coat after seeing the first tear in her clothes like a gentleman..? The way he stared at her was totally creepy.. Is this the kind of people Arjun so wanted to be with..?
Arjun... An utter failure in being a son, being a friend, being a brother, being a lover, being a husband and most of all being a father.. He didn't even get a flashback of his unborn child which accidentally or not Saanjh is the reason from what he saw on that day.. Did they speak about it like adults..? Did she explain anything to him..? Is that all forgiven and forgotten just by a simple dance, a plate of aloo pori and half hearted sorry.. He doesn't deserve a girl who can even go to jail by saving him from the case and suspicions of the police...
Samay, I like his character even though they didn't show much about him yet.. some people sympathize with Saanjh she now in a relationship with two timer.. Seriously, What Saanjh is, A saint..? You could clearly see she's still pining after Arjun even while in relationship with Samay.. Arjun too seems like a two timer now a days.. Here no one is loyal to their relationship and you can't fault them because it's selfless love and they're very good people..
If you look closely at every character you can see no one is completely good or completely bad... Some even has uglier side if you dug their character deep like Ayaan of how many girls he made cry..? Then why make everything, every damn thing of Maya bigger, always in judgemental eyes and why portray her alone as evil..?
What Maya sees in Arjun is beyond me.. Arjun isn't worth the effort she puts in.. If I want to say in Ishqbaaz style then,
Leave this Cheapde Arjun and be happy Maya.
As you said in first episodes, The love which controls you will destroy you so you have to control the love' that's what happening.. This love is destroying you completely even your mind and smartness... So just dump him, you'll be lot better alone than be with him..
