So as far as Arjun is concerned.. this is all his complains are based on- a control freak wife who doesn't let him be? puts cctv cameras to monitor him and attempts suicide to emotionally blackmail him to be with her.. and I was thinking there's more to Arjun's story..If this guy really loved Maya at any point like he claims, what was important for him? him getting to fullfill his petty daily needs or UNDERSTAND this woman..why she is the way she is.. for once could he not put his selfish self aside, put his needs aside ( yes yes yes these are basic human fundamental rights ) and try to help her? He should have taken her to a psychiatrist, the very day Maya attempted her first suicide! But I guess, he was too drowned in self pity and frustration of not being to get his freedom, to look past himself as understand that this woman needs help.. she needs him more than ever.. Any man who is or was in love will understand this.. That's why I wonder if Arjun ever was in love with Maya..

Jugadu Arjun loves the easy way.. Pretty girl, loads of money, he falls ( or so he thinks) in love.. actually that was also easy for him... see he didn't even have to woo her coz Maya was madly in love with him already ..😃 again easy way! All was great till he learnt he can not go out and booze whenever he wants, party till 4 in the morning, eat aloo parathas everyday.. dammit! he can not even flirt😡 When the going gets tough, the tough get going.. not Arjun, he runs away😃 To hell with Maya and her sickness.. he now wants Ayaan and Dusky who treat him like Alexander the great, let him drinks.. wah bhai ! yo bhai ! Three years the thought didn't occur to him.. wait, Dusky wasn't there to show him the light.. now she's back..! Yayyy! Use her to get all that back.. so now all the reasons that stopped him from getting back to family are gone? Risk of Maya's suicide and him getting framed? no they are still here but now THE ARJUN , jo kisi se nahi darta has grown a spine called Dusky, has his family to back him.. he knows one jumma chumma dance and a hug will melt their hearts and he will be forgiven of everything he did.. Oh! on Maya's back and in her absence , he can also pose as the caged victim and blame her for everything😃 But he won't answer his dear mother's question- beta ab tu wapis nahi jayega na? '' ooops! wapas to jana padega..! He needs the pent house and car..😳

If only Vandana had embraced Maya with an open heart and open arms like she did for Arjun today.. a happy family, loving mother .. if only she could get all this ..she would have valued it 1000 times more than Arjun has ever valued what he got..

And you are absolutely right. Any sane man would have taken his wife to doctor after the first suicide attempt. Also he doesnt give the reasons why Maya put controls, that part is hidden from Ayan. He only says himself to be the victim.

@Nithu I understood what you told. And that is Maya's problem also. She has been a parent to her mother. It is not normal and that is the only relation she has performed, unlike normal people who are daughters, sisters, then wife and mother. Here child became mother and she mothers everyone even husband.

Arjun is a spoilt brat. Because he never had a mother in true sense who disciplined him. Vandana was just doing his pada pooja so that he accepts her.
