I am literally laughing how people compare Saanjh's lawyer skills with Sonia (Aitraaz)'s lawyer. I mean she is nowhere close to a professional lawyer let alone him. He was not getting personal or arrogant to Akshay and our Mahan Saanjh is only trying to prove Ayaan as seedha sadha boy 👏 Well done girl but the game is not over yet Ms Lawyer, the game always ends when both opponents play their own moves. Girl you have no idea what you are messing up with 😆 get ready for the shock tommorrow

1. Yet again Arjun is confusing me. So much ill prepared for cross questioning especially on the question of where he was during the entire incident. Fine he did not anticipate the personal questions about their marriage but THE MOST important question on where he was and why was he unable to save Maya? Doesn't the lawyer sit down with his clients and prepares them for such trials? Did he purposefully fail Maya, the whole time pretending to be with her only so that she doesn't plan a counter attack? Because as long as Maya is made to believe that Arjun is with her, she will not sharpen her claws...

2. The flashbacks of the incident - was it exactly the way things happened or was it the way Saanjh prepared her case? Maya had definitely hid the keys to prevent Ayaan from opening the door. We saw her cross her hands infront of her chest.. But how could she foresee that bechara Ayaan would be so desperate to get the keys that he will start jostling with her? Saanjh said anyone in place of Ayaan, would have done the same.. No! anyone in his senses would have retracted and not attacked a lady like that to get keys. Ayaan's galti was not only restricted to barging into their house, but physically manhandling a woman even if for her keys. Again we saw Maya breaking things but when did she trip him over? I saw that original scene almost in a loop just to see if that was the case because I couldn't believe Ayaan will just lie on her.. there was no tripping but she did throw the keys away the moment he got on top of her.. Ayaan should have got up and gone for the keys right then.. he didn't...

3. Saanjh's entire case is based on evidences that have a direct conflict of interest and speculations/perceptions that Maya is a freak. These are perceptions unless she produces medical records in court that prove Maya is a psycho who can not distinguish between right and wrong.. Just because Maya put CCTV cameras to keep and eye on Arjun, or let's say even kept Arjun away from his family even though Arjun himself was equally responsible, how can that prove she can stage a rape? Yes she has staged.. but how do these evidences prove that? Ayaan's fiancee and in laws ..how can their word about Ayaan prove that he is not capable of any crime? Infact Ayaan was caught in a drug case.. so his track record and personal conduct in the past can go against him, if the prosecution wants to use that point.. THAT would be proof not his family's words..also they keep talking of CCTV cameras.. where's the footage? where is the only eye witness of the incident? security guards? police?

In this case, only camera footage, medical report and eye witnesses ( if any ) can be treated as factual evidences to prove or disprove anyone as guilty or innocent. Their marriage problems family issues, fake pregnancy do not prove anything.. even medical records of Maya's psychic condition can only present a possibility that Maya could have staged it.. but the evidences Saanjh presented today seemed more like supporting a divorce case between Arjun Maya.. not Ayaan's innocence

P.S- What was the justification for the threats? he was trying to wake up Arjun from Mayajaal?😕 Arjun wasn't even there when he was giving those threats while speaking to VM on phone.. tab kise jaga raha tha?

Its hard to see Maya like this. She is truly broken and Saanjh made sure that she breaks her fully. Saanjh's motive is not to prove Ayaan as not guilty because she knows Ayaan is guilty. she is only trying to prove it otherwise because of her hatred towards Maya. She is not talking about the incident happened but all other incidents to prove that Maya is bad so she is faking it. The flashback which Saanjh told the court of law was not shown in Ayaan's description of the incident. It seems a made up story by saanjh without any evidence or witness. That's why she stopped Samay to be present in the court, because Samay was present when Ayaan told Saanjh what all happened, and she very well know that in the presence of Samay she can't make up this story. so she very conveniently told Samay to be not be present in the court. Tomorrow even if Samay is called to the court, he'll only be able to say that he saw Ayaan and Maya in a lousy condition. Because he only saw that part and she can tell the court that she has already explained that part so his testimony will have no ground. I think there is no CCTV footage and that's why it was not presented in the court. Maya is the one who filed the court case, and not Ayaan. He is the defendant here. If there was a CCTV footage, then Maya would have presented it to the court. If she was posing the incident for the camera, then why is she not producing it in the court and just letting Saanjh insult her.

Saanjh was more concerned about ArYa relationship. It seemed as a Divorce case on a basis of Domestic violence than a attempt to rape case. And Saanjh as a lawyer is stating that to save your brother if you strip a woman naked that is acceptable?

Dis was d most pathetic court room drama. Saanjh was annoying as hell. Even if what she says is true, who wud tear clothes to get keys? some sick mind. Moreover, the keys cant be in sleeves or lower part of dress. How does she justify that? The dialogues were for his brother. How, why 😕😕

Arjun was studying law n left in between and still he has no clue to anythn 😕😕 n what ws d dusky jhaap in court room 😕😕😕

Why no cross examination was done? Maya's lawyer was so dumb.

I think even if Maya shows her bruises/bites, Saanjh will prove dt she did dt to herself to win d case. Unless Samay has literally seen Ayaan biting Maya, this case holds no water.

D precap, Saanjh saying tum giri hui aurat ho n all, can lawyers actually talk like dt?

Looks like Jhaanvi is gonna back stab Maya by testifying against her.

The only good part of d whole things is dt seems like by next week d drama will be over.

Aneri disappointed me hugely with her acting.

Again one disgusting epi...The whole attempt to rape drama was one of the worst scripted drama of Beyhadh imo... Saanjh's questions, her tone was pathetic, She is fighting a personal fight. In Aitraaz where similar case is going on, Kareena's body language , tone and conduct was not at all like Saanjh. She had a proper way of showing evidences.

Yes Maya didn't tell the whole truth, but Saanjh is not presenting the full version even. She's conviniently chopping off the parts of Ayaan tearing off the sleeves.

Physical abuse has been there n noone can deny that.. but he'll get away. If this the whole truth then what abt biting?

But the best part was when Arjun narrates Ayaan's threats to the court. VM' face🤣

Saanjh saying it was to save Arjun from mayajaal wasn't convincing at all..

Arjun is such a failure as a hubby. He had said all these things to Dusky n hence this is happening. When husband wife matters are discussed with outsiders this is what happens. 🤢

But Saanjh doesn't know she's is messing with wrong woman... She will fall badly ,😆😆 tomo Maya's turn to give back ...

Jenny's acting was too good yesterday, I really felt bad for her, how rape victims are harassed in the court. Aneri needs to tone down.

BTW why aren't questions being asked to Ayaan? Why is he jus sitting n doing nothing😲

@jane exactly. Saanjh created the visual with the sound. Ayan didnt tell I will take key even if I have to rip your dress and if Maya was staging rape why she said I am your bhabi. Why? In a staged rape that dialogue is not necessary

@lamcute as per Saanjh Maya is a woman who should be raped. Look at her dialogues this is not your company, this is court, here I have power. It showed how much this woman wanted power

@Nithu Saanjh used the right things the crack between Arjun and Maya to create the perception Maya is a vile woman who wanted to seperate her husband from family and for that she staged rape

@ashpat Saanjh is not talking based on facts. She is talking based on perceptions. Kareena's character in Aitraaz nails it with sharp questions and proofs. She doesnt tell this proof should not be there or this person should not come. She faces the challenge head on because Sonia knew her husband was innocent. People should watch Malayalam movies like " Oru Abhibhaskante Case diary and Nariman " to see how a lawyer in the side of truth behaves

@Misty Arjun was killed yesterday. He might have been prepared. But Saanjh attacked him below the belt using all the information he had told his brother. Arjun didnt expect his friend and brother to behave in such a way coughing up all the personal information in front of the court . What Saanjh did was a trick criminal lawyers use. Unnerve the witness by hitting the achilles heel. Here she told friendship ends and duty has started . Coming to what Saanjh told about the scene. That's what she wanted to show the court just like those half baked info she was preparing on Maya the boss, Maya the wife. She is creating perception so that other factual evidence can be nullified.

@rendez Saanjh only wants to disgrace Maya, because she took away Arjun from her. Arjun loved Maya not her. Yes she just wants to break them apart.

@Nietzy Jhanvi cannot speak and if she speaks also it will be like Arjun. The 2 people Maya has protected will turn out to be her worst enemies.

@aditi now did you understand why I made comparison with him to Yudhi. Look where he has bought Maya his wife. Maya took medical when coaxed by him. Couldnt this man have taken her to some psychiatrist or counsellor to understand her problem. She would have gone if coaxed with love. Each of Saanjh's dialgoues I am laughing. She calls Maya giri hui, I am waiting how low she will go😆😆

I am also very happy to see saanj manipulating..Her downfall started ..Go for it saanj..Now I ve understood y ur happy about VM and saanj blabberings in police station..It will hit them back with double force..

Arjun won't stab back,it will make him dark..I think Maya will win the case,Ayan will be jailed 1st or the case gets dragged,then saanj will prove samay is Maya past.jhanvi can help them out.once she speaks up,killer gets identified.. VM curses also needs to play out..

But Maya will lose Arjun becox of samay the past..She lost the earring going after marutis pandit..

Abimanyu is Prem for sure..Then what's the purpose of samay??To break Arya,saanj has to pay the price..But def. Saanj will break..

Madhav can be samay as of now but it can be Maya child also in future..
