Arjun is the most unreliable person in the lot!
However this will not bother Maya as she knows him for long!

Then his continued friendship with Saanjh before or even after leap
His ties with Sharmas were a kind of 'on expected lines' for Maya!

Laska Ayan comitted a crime. But the extend of crime to which he was sentenced happened because of Dusky. CCTV cameras I feel have been manipulated. As you said it can be Arjun also, as he was discussing everything with the lawyer. Bruises were real and I dont think medical report was tampered.

Coming to smirk on Maya's face in precap. I will also wait for the story to unfold. I also agree after suffering so much humiliation if someone seeks their opponent getting such raw treatment you will be happy.

If she can stop thinking about defeating Maya he will be available else...I felt it was a choice cum warning, Maya's warning is explicit, but Samay gives choices and you alone are responsible for the path you take. So whatever path Dusky is choosing it is her responsibility from now on.

Suman gave the most sane advice like a mother. But I feel it is late, far too late in the game. She allowed Saanjh to climb on her imaginery paradise with Arjun far too long. She supported Saanjh when Prem was telling come down, come down.

Prem's hugs wont change anything. He was not strong enough to put brakes on his daughter.

Dusky has walked a lot in the name of Arjun. Yes Maya can walk. Because Arjun is her husband, but Dusky should not as he is another woman's husband.
