She's turned Arjun into a battery operated toy, with the remote in her hand...Each one of us, male or female, just close your eyes for a minute n think, how u would feel if you were in Arjun's position, n your spouse wanted to control you like Maaya?!?!?...n the fact that Maaya is so ill, Arjun's life is in grave danger...

There is a lot more in it. I can only say that Maya's mental health have deteriorated. There is definitely something that has happened in these 3 years. I understand how terrible it is when you don't get any space for yourself. A person can also keep an eye on you with the help of their reliable sources. This happens in middle-class families. I want to know what Arjun did due to which she does not trust Arjun even a bit. Unless I see the other side of the story I cannot comment but yes, installing CCTV cameras is too much. I am waiting for the mystery to unfold.

But maya even did the same to jhanvi.

She would watch jhanvi through camera.

One min if jhanvi is not there then she would

Become unstable.

Jhanvi was also fed up of her.

Jhanvi ka chhod. She was meeting Ashwin though she knows what kind of a person he is. Whenever Ashwin was coming to their place, he abuses Maya & tortures her. So it definitely affects her. in one of the episodes, Maya had told that she did give Ashwin a lot of chance to mend his ways but he didn't. I want to know the flashback in Arjun's case in that leap.

In her haldi ki rasam, Maya was afraid that Ashwin will expose her and was breaking the things. She had taken those pills which made her feel relaxed. I guess Maya has abruptly stopped the pills which had led her to this condition.

What kind of illogical Convo is this??...On what basis are u saying it happens in middle class families?!?!???

Before opening your mouth, n saying things for the heck of it, please try to first gauge whether what you are saying holds any merit or no!

Please do me a favour...Please do not quote me in future, if you have to put forth such an illogical argument..

@khushi: I mean to say how many can afford to have CCTV's to keep an eye on someone in real life? To support my statement, I say that Mysore is my hometown. In that place, the parents/relatives keep an eye on their children through their reliable source. It may be their friends/neighbors.

Parents keeping an eye on children for disciplinary measures, n a spouse doing it are 2 entirely different matters...Please don't even bother trying to explain to me the connection between between the 2...

If you will accept Maaya's illness as the root cause of all problems, everything else will fall in place...

N when I say that, I'm NOT a Maaya hater...I empathise with her totally, would want her to heal in the end, but I DO NOT approve of her wrong doings...Period.

This kind of obsessive love is toxic, n the toxins have crept into the Arya relationship...Instead of trying to blame Arjun for everything that is going wrong with Maaya(as the other characters are now out of the picture), try to see how N where Maaya has gone wrong...Arjun is the victim here, how Maaya was a victim in her childhood...

Where did I say I have approved? Have I not told this is too much on Maya's part? Personally, even I would not like if someone digs & investigates. I hate it. Is there anything wrong to ask what happened in these 3 years? But I strongly believe in one thing that you cannot clap with one hand. Did I say anything wrong? Have I not told that Maya might have stopped those pills without the doctor's advice which made her condition like this? In 99% of the cases, if marriage breaks, both the spouses would be at fault. That is in real life. One handed clap is very rare.

I don't come to conclusions without knowing the cause. Yes, Maya is ill I accept it. It was told that she has mental issues from the beginning of the show. I am waiting for the mystery to unfold.
