So it's difficult to difference between wicked and mentally ill person.

N ways we should stop this. It's was nice discussing with u. 😊

In whichever way you put your words, the answer is the same. 😊

@bold: Those shows are entirely different. But yes, if Maya was not mentally ill but was manipulative & wicked, she wouldn't have got that many supporters in the first place.

Dude, I know that you love the show. If the discussion is about Maya, it is obviously about her. I mean Maya haters.

I understand your post is about Maya essentially and which is exactly why I'm not discussing its content and more so because I know where the discussion will head if I make an attempt to. All I meant to ask was, is it something like this?

Liked/loved the episode/wanted story to head this way = haters/bashers/Maya haters.

Didn't like the episode/don't want the story to head this way = lovers/Maya lovers.

This is not a love story or rather normal mushy love story. This dark phase of the show was expected and I loved it to the core. I dont think Maya's character is ruined or storyline is changed.

My point is you cant blame the CVs for "changing the storyline. Because this is what they anyway promised. You can protest saying that you guys don't like this storyline and can ask them to change according to your wishes. That was my point.
And the 1st para was just my opinion on how I personally dislike such acts of telling CVs to change the storyline acc to my wishes. And also gave an eg on how it would be if George RR martin changed the GoT storyline acc to fanwishlists.
But again^ that is just my pov. It is a free country. You guys can do whatever you feel like. I never said that you people should not and neither do I have the right to say that. :P

If the CV's don't listen to us, the SonyTV will tell them to wind up as the TRP's will go down.

@kavsy I know one thing about the PH, as PH is the reason I signed up for Beyhadh. If the TRPs go down, they might shut shop in the next 2 months with a hurried episodes, but they dont change the storyline.
SP couldnt do that for EHT, they went with their story line making the rape victim slap the rapist and bring him down. Yes 1 year show was wrapped up in 8 months thanks to TRP audience or fans or whatever I can call, but storyline was not murdered reason EHT is still a classic and most remembered show and still playing in many foreign countries.

So you can request and bring the TRP down. Most probably if that happens Beyhadh will end in June.

But Ekta Kapoor will bring the dead person alive if the public demands it. In SP, SSEL trp's has gone down. It used to start at 6:30 p.m. Because of the low trp's they started at 5 or 5:30 pm which is the odd time. Meri Durga has taken the place of SSEL. So if the trp's go down, the Sony TV will put the new show in Beyhadh's place which will be the odd time. So eventually, it won't have any viewers. I don't know what happened in BD but it was a happy ending for mehbeer. If beyhadh episodes are 230 plus, it is still a long way to go.

That is good to know. I didn't know there were PH's like this. I have to start watching their shows more. I always thought all Indian shows go down the drain sooner or later because they care about quantity more than quality or they give in to online viewers demands. I am proud of this PH if that is not true with them. I really like it when they have a set story to tell and stick to it rather than make it up as they go. I think the inspector wala post wedding phase was a disaster because I suspect those episodes they made up as they went. If a shoe has to succeed they have to stay true to their story. Hope Beyhadh makers are courageous to do that.

Whether they continue or not, it won't make any difference to us. We thank the CV's for wasting our time with such a depressing storyline.

But it make difference to viewers like us, who knows every story has all the navrasas. It is not cozy and all. There is darkness before light and light can come only through darkness. EK will bring that is why I dont watch EK and Rashmi Sharma shows as a policy.
@Bladdict Cinevistaas is one of the very few PH who still try to give quality shows ( I would say try because it is very hard as their stories are mostly complex and they have the guts to explore the dark shades of human psychology which they did in Junoon. It was an award winning Show of late nineties. I was a crazy fan of it. Mostly TRP and related stuff creates issues in bringing quality shows. ).

The only recent show I saw which stick to its storyline and had only some 110 episodes is POW-Bandhi Yudh ke in SP. If you enjoy good quality shows try it. It is an official adaptation of American show Homeland. It didnt had big TRPs but had some loyal audience. You can watch it in Hotstar.

@Shruti- Even 24 season 1 was good. And everest too. POW is really a good quality show on tv. Cant compare it to Homeland- but yeah, in Indian TV, its quality is dope.
