One more thing I noticed, Jhanvi's eye balls move (may be she is scared) whenever she hears something that may instigate Maya 2. I observed, Arjun was there for a while, but she never moved her eyes, but when Arjun told that he was enjoying that lavish life, then we saw her eye balls move. I think Maya 2 knows Arjun's love for 'money and power' and she doesn't want that to overcome his love for Maya 1. This is well known to Jhanvi and I notice her frighten when ever Arjun's love for money is discussed as it may instigate Maya 2.

If Maya is the killer, Maaya's own mother is scared of her n she is capable of killing Jhanvi, whom she has loved all her life...

I feel it is Maya 2 all the way.

'He will not love me after knowing the truth.' Some truth which even Arjun wont be able to stomach.

Whatever, Maya is both protagonist and antagonist. The story revolves around her.

Maya will isolate him from everyone. Suffocate him and strangle him with her attention. Like a python encircling its prey.
