Lol. Why did maya say sorry to Jhanvi then? Why is arjun getting separated from vandana and more importantly, why did maya say what she said to vandana in the precap? Also, why would the CVs put that symbolism of the inspectors saluting maya. If maya was not the killer, that scene could very well be avoided as it was totally unnecessary. U really think that this murder track would be closed without revealing the actual killer to the audience? Ur expecting a really huge anti climax and im sorry, but logic says that wont happen.

Still if ur not convinced u wait until the end of the show to be fully convinced that the whole point of this murder was to showcase Maya's beyhadh love for arjun which can drive her to even try kill her mother.

Maya attacked Jhanvi for 2 reasons:

1)Jhanvi found out the truth about Ashwin's murder

2)Jhanvi attacked Arjun that night in her fit of madness after her suicide attempt
