The main question is not who the killer
The main questions is - why, what is the motive, why this way
In Beyhadh almost anyone can be a killer, and on who have not fallen as a result of guilt - all of them in one way or another predictable

If Maya is capable of killing, why she didn't kill Ashwin over the years of bullying? If she is so obsessed with Arjun, why not kill Saanj, but only intimidated at the dinner? Why not kill Vandana? And for what reason have killed pundit in Mauritius for her? He doesn't pose a danger to her at all
If Arjun and lust for money and fame
Why would he do to kill? Maya gave him the money without murders and other complications. And why did he kill Pandit in Mauritius? And why bother to marry Maya, when he already got the money?

Jhanvi 15 years could not protect daughter against Ashwin. 15 years could not protect Maya from this person, and don't give him torture Maya.
