Ashvin is definitely killed by Arjun because when inspector was showing proofs the look on Arjun's face gave away his regret for getting caught! Maya would have instigated Arjun to drive him to kill Ashvin! Jhanvi's attack is still mystery though. That is also the reason there aren't any proofs against Maya nor her blood sample from crime scene given the fact she was bleeding as well on her wedding due to that knife cut! You can say she is the mastermind but it was Arjun who did his hands dirty with Ashvin's blood

You bought a good point. Maya instigates. She doesnt do anything directly, that's why no proof against her. She is always acting and others react to her.

If you need to get proof against Maya you have to make her react. But that is not easy. I feel Saanjh will do it. But before that Saanjh has to fail big time.
