People are known to utter nonsense while drunk but it is said that a drunk man's words, are sober man's thoughts. considering his past with vandana and his father, and how he treats saanjh he does expect a woman to bend or at least be emotionally dependent on him. whatever the case may be, arjun is arrogant and he needs to be brought down a peg.

Vandana has enough reasons to worry but why trust a greedy leech, abuser and all around piece of shit? if she has background info on the entire incident then obviously she must be aware that ashwin abused his daughter and wife, and has been running after their wealth for decades? sure the entire family is crazy but he is not close to being a decent person, but I guess vandana conveniently ignored that.

Yes, Vandana has stooped to such a low level believing a cheap & sadistic person like Ashwin only to stop the wedding. The pundit said Arya are destined to be together & will have a happy married life. There is only one begative whch can be converted to positive.But she only took what is convenient to her. She is a hypocrite. Yesterday, Saanjh accepted that she is selfish.

A very good episode. So we will go to the throw of dices today

Ashwin action: Kidnapping Vandana and tell her about the harm Maya has done to him as a 9 year old child. Over and above tell Maya is mad.

Vandana reaction: Just like Saanjh who never thought of Maya's press conference when she went behind the unknown email, Vandana also doesnt think about that press conference. She only thinks about what Pandit said, her question of divine intervention, arjun telling about seventh vachan etc and all she wants is breaking the marriage. Not even once she thinks if it was her daughter how will it look if the groom's mother takes him from the mandap. She calls herself sanskaari, she knows what is the fate of a bride whose marriage is stopped in the mandap as per Indian culture. Still without thinking, without evaluating a second she wants to break the marriage. Just like years ago she walked into Arjun's life because she thought that was right. She had every right to be cautious, just that she would have remembered that press conference also and handled it with little more maturity for her age.

Saanjh: Well this girl atleast from the info she got knows Maya has been pretending mad for the sake of her mother. So she will have to come and take charge and ensure marriage happens. I loved the symbolism there. Saanjh breaks the bangles in one of her hands. Breaking the bangles is done by women whose lose their husbands. So part of her has let go of Arjun as another woman's husband. But there is bangle in her other hand. That means part of her wants to hold on. Maya can get Arjun only when Saanjh gives that set of bangles too. Just like one earring in her hand. I mean Saanjh is the connecting link which CVs have established once again. But when will Saanjh truly give that remaining earring and the bangles in one hand is the question.

Other observations: Maya was truly happy today when Baraat came. She really wanted to start fresh. Before that there was real concern for her, some pain also. All those emotions were genuine. Prem has not come for the marriage. Nothing major happened to Ashwin after Vandana pushed.

If Maya is going to kill Ashwin then it is her short sightedness of destroying Arjun-Saanjh friendship is the reason. If she had not sent Saanjh on a wild goose chasewith her email Saanjh would have been there and she would have dealt Vandana in a mature way. In alienating her from Arjun Maya too lost a friend. Only with that friendship Maya will be able to close her past. I still hope though she tries to murder she is not the murderer and Saanjh is able to prove it. Because Vandana came today and Saanjh was late

Interestingly the two occasions where Maya's plan flopped Ayan had the most important role to play. He was the one who directed Shubham and today he was the one who took phone from Arjun's hand. Else Saanjh would have come and marriage would have proceeded as such. He is the one who ensures that friendship is not ignored in Arjun's life

Points about vandana us exactly the same i have been repeating today in this forum. Wat if it was her daughter? As a woman she is dissapointing..
Today whn ashwin told her she believd him without giving a second thought. Not once she thought ashwin can be lying as maya had defamed him..
I didnot understood saanjh last dialogue. She said she wont let anyone come between arjun happiness.. She meant maya or vandana!?. She knows maya is arjun happines and she also knows ashwin chaalbazi.. So did she meant she wont let vandana stop marriage or does she believe in what ashwin said vandana

@selly Saanjh believes what Jhanvi told that Maya had pretended to be mad for Jhanvi's sake. The sorry she said to Maya was earnest. She also believes that email was sent by Ashwin and Ashwin has a motive to stop marriage. She knows Arjun's happiness is marrying Maya. So she will go to ensure marriage happens. But I feel she will be late and Vandana wrecks the havoc pushing Maya to the brim. As once Arjun goes that girl has nothing left. Her only hope is gone and she chooses darkness that is murdering Ashwin.

But shruthi, I wonder, how maya finds ashwin.
Ashwin just vanished from that garage type place where is took vandana.. .how does maya knows where is he to kill him. As acc to spoilers she locks herslf in room. .and most imp as shown in new promo of ashwin body falling in fire. Means ashwin body is present in wedding venue.. Thn who brings the body there?
In news also it was shown, ashwin ashes is falling in fire so mandap catches fire and still maya argues to marry in that burning mandap ( incident in which really sets caught fire).. So means ashwin body ashes is there in mandap..

No issues Ani. At times it is better to agree to disagree than going in circles 😃. But I am surprised you couldnt even agree to my last para of what is going to happen to Maya is because she tried to destroy Arjun-Saanjh friendship 😃

@selly we dont know what she is going to do. Precap only shows her taking knife, so detailed analysis we can give only after watching episode.

I know, right? 😆 I have seen plenty of discussions running round and round in circles and I keep wondering as to why any one of the parties or both just decide to quit instead and let be whenever the discussion has reached a certain height of tolerance.

Anyhoo, since you were surprised about how I couldn't even agree to that part. I'll just respond to this bit and here's why. 😳

Maya's need to eliminate Arjun has nothing to do with Saanjh or how she sabotaged Arjun and Saanjh's friendship. Her need to eliminate Ashwin (quite literally, as in actually murder him) and her need to eliminate Saanjh (as in distancing her from Arjun) stem from two different places. The former stems from her need for survival and in order to survive, she needs Arjun as she's tied her own life to him. The latter stems from her rigid insecurity issues that no other person should hold any significance in Arjun's life other than herself. I'm guessing Vandana must have told some reason as to why she wants to cancel the wedding in connection to Ashwin. Maya, thus, decides to get rid of Ashwin for once and for all. This is, of course, an assumption/theory since we can't yet be sure whether or not she's the real killer.

Saanjh irrespective how she feels personally about Maya, or Arjun or their relationship has taken up the responsibility of ensuring nothing halts the wedding and Arjun happiness faces no hindrance. Personally, I don't think Saanjh has any bitter feelings towards Maya or ArYa relationship. She genuinely wishes well for them. Yes, had Maya chosen to instead trust Saanjh instead of deciding upon that Saanjh is an enemy force, she'd have won a confidante in her.

@ani what I meant was the Maya who came down today had no intention of murdering anyone, she was moving away from past. If Saanjh was there, she might have been able to stop Vandana from taking the drastic step or stop her from uttering something which pushed Maya to the brim to take the knife and go after Ashwin.

Whether Maya is a murderer is secondary question, but precap shows after Vandana takes Arjun she has intention of killing him. That itself would have been avoided if she had preserved the friendship with Saanjh in the right way without distancing her from Arjun. Saanjh's absence leads to even Maya's destruction or rather I would say almost destruction.
