i dont agree, i feel empathy for maya, i dont hate her, she has been through so much in her life, childhood abuse from her own father, her mother breaking her trustt again and again, and now having to deal with her boyfreinds freind being in love with him!

In all honestly, it is quite clear that although right now it is being shown that arjun loves maya and wants to marry her, it is predictable that in due course of time he will regret his decision of getting into a relationship with her, because the truth is that although he knows her past, he doesn't fully recognise her yet. It is too predictable that saanjh and arjun are going to end up together in the end, and i have a feeling that unknowingly it will be maya herself who will end up pushing arjun more towards saanjh. I do see there being misunderstandings between saanjh and arjun owing to maya, but maya-arjun are clearly not the end game.

At a time I also thought that in the end Arjun might get frustrated with Maya and go to saanjh
But With the way Arjun has clarified today that he only loves Saanjh as a friend
Maya even tells him there is not a long crossroad from friendship to love
But Arjun then says you may not think it's a long way but sometimes it takes a whole lifetime to cross that, and most of the time the people cannot even hear each other
According to the way Arjun said he only loves Maya with beyhadh love, I felt that arya are end game

Thank you a sane voice in this forum. I don't visit here because all I see is fangiri for Jennifer instead of talking about the characters. Maya's character is supposed to be negative and she is playing it brilliantly. At the end of the day Arjun and Saanjh belong together. Yes, Maya had childhood trauma, but not everyone had trauma during childhood becomes criminal. Maya is def a grey character and sooner people realize, it's better.

Jennifer herself has said Maya is not a negative character, she is just grey due to certain experiences

People do understand maya is grey and that doesn't mean all should worship sanjh the mahan devi.
You are right all people went through childhood trauma is not criminal. But they will never normal either.
Past always haunts you.

Maya is not a psyco,for me she is an emotionally unstable person.A person who hasn't seen anything in her childhood except manipulations,greed and backstabbing.As Arjun came to her life, she has started understanding the beauty of relationships,which can ultimately lead to killing of her inner demons.

All she wants is someone to love her back as much as she loves them and not abandon her !!
We have seen her story or part of it !! It wasn't a good childhood!! Even when she was an adult she lived in fear of her father! That doesn't make her psycho enough to be to mental !!

And think about it .. without Maya in the picture the story would literally be about 2 unambitious childhood friends whose parents force them to be in love and live happily on their roof ...

And the only reason the story of the show is even interesting is bcoz of Maya !!
I think if story was just Saanjh and Arjun I would be the one going Psycho from listening to her crying!!

but I love Maya...she is the only character worth watching in Beyhadh...I love her character and watching beyhadh only for her.
