Kind of agree. Actually I started watching Beyhadh 2 very late. That could be one of the reasons I couldn't connect.

MJ had conned Manvi by telling Antara was a serial philanderer and that's why he was going to divorce her. After knowing about the reality of MJ, naturally Manvi went to Antara to SEEK help because MJ had thrown Antara under the bus too. Manvi was a kid while MJ was as old as her father.
I watched the show from the very beginning. And I know what an affair is. Maya's a kid, right? Then it makes her look foolish. Because you went with a married man. Lie or not, he is still married. And you cheating with a married man and running to the wife to seek all the help in the world is what? It is hilarious like I said. Naturally which mistress goes to the wife? So should all wife's help the mistress who's sleeping with their husbands?
Funny you don't know what an affair is. It is an affair. MJ is married LEGALLY and Maya was aware of it. Whether a wife is cheating, and doing all kind of bullshit. Legally by the law MJ is a married man and manvi had a relationship with him even though he presented "divorce papers" that is what you call "sleeping with a married man" So I know what an affair is. And you know what's even hilarious is that you're stating Maya was a kid. Is that supposed to give her a pass? Poor naive manvi, who cannot and doesn't think on her own just got swept away by a man who could be her daddy? Which girl is that naive and stupid? That's not even a good look. It actually makes her desperate. She's going after a man who can be her father. That's disgusting. That does not justify what Maya did back then.. it never will.

I do understand what you are saying. I think we all understand and acknowledge MJ is wrong for his own crimes committed. He played an innocent person for self satisfaction. But, I am not going to say Manvi's own acts in this is innocent nor is she a blameless person who has no sense of awareness. That being said, I do not condone to her being treated worthless.
I like Antara, but I always say, she has to face punishment for her actions. I will continue to say Maya, MJ and Antara all deserve punishment for the crimes they committed individually.

From Manvi's perspective, if you know this man is married with kids, you're young and talented, why are you putting yourself in a baggage situation. Without knowledge of MJ's true plans, manvi still willingly went ahead with a married man and that's the wrong thing. She is to be blamed for her own stupidity and trusting someone without knowing them.
Manvi has to take account for her own individual actions just as Antara and MJ. There's no justification.
Y'all have very conservative views and it shows. Maanvi had no wrong whatsoever. She didn't act on her crush at all. Wasn't it MJ paying off her fathers hospital bills? Him giving her flowers? Maanvi just wanted to show off her work ethic like a REGULAR schemegular person. Maanvi fell in love with MJ after he EMOTIONALLY abused her wit the fake story of Antara cheating on him. Maanvi was FORCED into loving MJ through predatory guilt. You don't tell a victim "well it's your fault too" like excuse me? And even if Maanvi acted on her crush and was stripping for MJ. MJ should've fired her. 🤪And yes then that would be Maanvi's fault because she would have sexually harassed MJ. That wasn't the case at all but I'm just saying. BUT, the shows is that their affair started from sexual harassment turned to predatory guilt turned to physical assault. MJ first sexually harassed Maanvi with all those nice gestures and pressing himself on her, and then the predatory guilt leaped in with him paying off her fathers medical bills and his fake suicide attempt. India won't progress as a society if we keep blaming victims. I'm sorry to say that, but it's true. Look at how the western world deals with rape victims and survivors of domestic violence, it's not the greatest but the empathy level is far more stronger than it is in India. Point is quit saying "Maanvi was stupid" If anything Maanvi did the right thing by exposing what happened to Antara. Antara can't be blamed either since she was abused and brainwashed by MJ. Maya doesn't say anything to Rudra, she didn't get mad at Rudra for accepting the pillow, she put on a show of goodness

Manvi had affair with MJ but I think it comes under sex on pretext of marriage which according to SC is rape, I would never blame victim in this case, they are lured by these men, the fact that SC had to rule in this way tells the agony of women who go through this
