NOTHING pisses me off when women blame other women instead of their own husbands 🤢 yeah this is another reason why I'm team Maya. Antara should've set an example for her sons, but CHOOSE not too because she enjoyed the luxuries MJ offered her. You see here Anatra having control too. Somewhere in the past few years Diya or MJ have gotten her into drugs hardcore. It's ashame at sobriety she choose to do nothing but beat Maanvi down. Thats because of how girls are brought up actually in india and asia (and even US but very less percentage)

First be dependent on father than brothers(if father not there) than husband last on son and grandsons

Indian society does not like independent women who can take care of themselves financially and emotionally and physically too

Society does not like woman who complaint or speak truth

They are branded as bold and mad and different and mufat(like kangana is branded by bollywood)

They love ppl like antara only who stay silent and suffer

Women know that, thats why they also act subservient to men especially fathers and husbands and sons too

If you are divorced or divorced or single after 30 its very tough to live in indian society

Even in big cities you will be treated as outclass if you are one of above category

Forget outsiders family and relatives only target you first if you do not have husband by your side

Not all women are kangana to take on entire world and society by speaking truth etc

All women are conditioned from birth to be subservient to men and take any shit that husband, father or son does to them and not reveal it to society or outside

Women are ghar ki maryada but not men why?

These are deeply complex society issues, sitting in our ivory towers its tough to understand why antara is like that.

If she divorce and walk out knowing MJ he will never allow Rishi Rudra and her in peace, he will stalk them till they return to him. First MJ will never give divorce because his ego and reputation hurts that wife left him in first place. Next like Maya he will trouble antara with sam dham dhand bedh etc

Second he will bring influence on others to trouble antara and not let her live in peace

In big cities divorce and even live-in relations are not a big deal. The society has advanced a lot in that respect.

She also abused Adhyayan Suman physically and threatened to file rape charges against Sooraj Pancholi who she had consensual affair with.

Kangans is an extremely vile woman. Let's not use her as an example of woman empowerment.

It is just not about society. Antra is madly in love with MJ. MJ blackmailed her saying he will go far away from her if Rudra goes away from him. That scene showed how much Antra craves for his love. Remember the founders day party. She was drunk and told Diya "MJ hasn't talked to me today". The whole fiasco in that party was caused because Antra wanted MJ's attention. One thing is to be afraid of living alone in the society. But ignoring his heinous acts just because you are madly in love with him is a totally different thing.

No the educated middle class in cities is also very normal with divorce. Divorce has increased rapidly during the last 10-15 yeara, now middle classes in India are not the same as in 1980s. Yes if you get divorced some people will talk for a bit, but that's not much yo be taken a lot into consideration.

Regarding Hrithik-Kangana, it was Kangana who was MJ. Harassed him, stalked him and defamed him continuously in media. Also keeps talking about him continuously and uses disgusting vile language. She's a bad excuse of a woman.
