I don't think Noor is angry coz Zoya refused to marry Arshad coz she was supporting AdiYa till that point. Even after all that drama happened and Arshad walks away, she tells Waseem that her appi's only fault was that she fell in love. She got angry bcoz she got to know Arjun's statement was responsible for her father's arrest. I think she has all the right to be angry on Arjun and won't call her immature there. Even Harsh was willing to dismiss the idea that Waseem had harmed Adi thinking that Waseem could be angry on his son but would not go to that extent. But it was Arjun who messed everything up.
Noor was angry with AdiYa bcoz she somewhere felt all that fiasco happened coz they decided to get married and also while her father was behind bars, AdiYa were blissfully unaware of what was happening and completing their marriage rituals. She was bound to get angry n we all know anger is not rational at any rate. When Adi made her realise her mistake of breaking ties with her sister, she mended them bcoz Adi and Zoya had not wronged her in any manner. But that was not the case with Arjun.
There are times when Noor has displayed more maturity than Zoya while in most others she is highly immature. Just coz she wants to snub Arjun, she willingly walked into harm's way. I am sure Arjun will rescue her and this will set things right between them but it will get tough from here on. Noor and Arjun certainly won't go the Adiya route. They will wait for their families to accept their relation. Even though Harsh might support them, Waseem is a tough nut to crack. Here Adi will have to step in to save the day. Until n unless he earns Waseem's acceptance, ArNoor can never get together.
