Heyy! Although your question is kinda tacky because it can infuriate the members of this forum, but I would like to reply to you.
See there are two points of view:
1) Religious
2) Cultural and Social

If you are watching the show because you want to see religious practices or religious adherence, then its a mistake...because this show is definitely not about it. Watch another show on another channel instead... because it is actually based on Islamic themes. (No i dont watch it...because I anyway find glitches in their logics too!😆)
Now coming to Zoya... well...as far as i understand, there are all types of muslims all over the world. I have seen women and men doing shirk in the name of Islamic customs even in our Indo-Pak subcontinent. Zoya is trying to be a liberal muslim and it is an attempt of the cvs to make her accept and practise the religion of her husband... ( Here, Keep Islamic restrictions of marriage aside anyway!) I know as a muslim, her actions do not make much sense to you...but since its a fictional character that looks like an attempt to normalize these things by the creatives, so my suggestion is to watch it just for entertainment purposes and keep religion aside. Or dont watch it at all if it bothers so much... 😊 But these things happen in India and Zoya is doing nothing new by also adhering to her husband's religious cultures and traditions.
So basically, Zoya's pov.is Social and Cultural rather than Religious. 😊

I'm sorry but I'm really tired of you bringing up religious wars in this fandom all of time.
It's 2018 and high time we all learn to respect individual beliefs on religion and faith.
Your question to all Muslims is just a sly attempt to marginalize a group of people and attack Zoya.

😆 Ishana... Another can of worms has been opened! 😆😆
Shaant ho jao dost... Nahi ker rahy koi sly attempt yar.

Can I answer , I am still awake . My applied behaviour analysis course has gone to the dustbin now ..
My cousin married a Muslim. We are Catholics who converted. Originally hindus.

My cousin baptised her sons. One of them got married to a Jain, his wife could not adhere to Christianity , somehow she managed to convince him to follow hinduism, it's virtually impossible to become a Jain, so he became a Hindu.. Currently there are playing Dandiya in some club. Rich guys

Second son never followed any religion but got married to a goan. She asked him to give up his surname that is Khan and now he is D'Souza

The youngest one gave up everything and went back to being a Muslim.

They were raised in a cosmopolitan area comprising of multiple religions.

Just like in Rome be like a Roman..All of them celebrate Diwali, Eid and Christmas

The first ones wife is a staunch believer of lord Ganesh, there is Ganesh chaturthi, Dussehra and Diwali too. Puja, Aarti everything is done, all of us attend. My cousins son distributes Prasad to everyone including his dad who is a muslim

When it's Eid or Christmas, same story

Something which they observe is food and food habits

Unique family but one will find many such families in India and in Mumbai

So Zoya has already married Yash, she was with him for five years . I think she celebrated all festivals and customs when she was Mrs. Zoya Arora and now that she is Zoya Hooda , she is doing everything out of her own will. There is no force and certainly not from Aditya Hooda

But rituals and BP don't connect.

As far as other Q's , yes as a staunch Muslim, many adhere to their religion but if your husband is a Hindu, then It becomes akward but people adjust especially during family functions

we havee churches where wishes are granted , one will find people of all faiths coming here. In Rajasthan there is Ajmer dharga. Maharashtra has Shirdi. There is Tirupati Balaji temple.

When it comes to kids, health, financial issues. People go and take blessings wherever they want to go.

Not exact answers but I hope u understand how people function in a land of many God's

The essence of all religions is one. Only their approaches are different. Mahatma Gandhi

The thing is... sometimes religion creates such misconceptions between people that it makes it lose its original purpose. All these religions have a common belief, all of them are created to make people understand each other better and love each other regardless of how different they are. If a religion is being used in bad ways which lead to lack of acceptance, this is when we get that religion wrong. I don't think any God would want us to judge a person regarding their religious beliefs. Zoya isn't a conservative muslim, I don't think the leads of this show were ever shown as very religious people. BP is one of the few shows where religion was never a problem between the leads, their parents and even the villains. There is a sense of acceptance in all these. Nowadays we are so fond of these rules that we instantly target certain people for their belief and tag them the way they don't deserve to be. I am a Christian but I would admire any God anytime. I would get teary seeing a Muslim or a Hindu praying to their Gods for sure. I would believe in what other believe cause that's what makes them happy and humans. I can't think of any situation where I couldn't accept loving other Gods too. It just depends on what kind of a believer you are and how much you're letting all these affect your relationships with others. I find peace and support in every place people pray, be it of any God. I just know we have a force above us who is watching us and expects us to live without harming others. I don't think Zoya is harming anyone by loving her husband and embracing his culture. I honestly think they are more of a spiritual connection, they both can pray to each other's God because love is the greatest religion. We cannot force things on people...

Please I just need to understand nothing more
I have no bad intention at all

I don't judge anyone or try to hurt anyone

If Zoya was Christian I would ask the same questions to Christians here in the forum

I don't have to accept all what happen in the show I watch
I just need to understand the leads' POV nothing more

That is why I asked who are similar to her situation

TM, I realized u belong to a different country in that topic itself. I already explained in that topic itself that India is a country where people belong to different religions reside. People belonging to different religions falk in love and marry each other. It's upto the wife to either follow her husband's religion or both hers and husband's religion. Nowadays women follow both the religions.
What they're showing in Bepannaah is not wrong. It does happen in India. U can Google about religions in India and u can get more interesting information.

It's just a daily soap. Watch it for entertainment and then forget it.

Well I am a Christian... and I would watch AdiYa's indian wedding with the same enthusiasm even if she was a Christian! 😉 I would have enjoyed a Nikkah with the same enthusiasm. I loved Adi praying with Zoya during Eid too. Had a big smile on my face. I celebrate true love more than anything! 😆

Sure I am not expecting a religious show Or I would watch any Islamic show from here in middle east.
I just need to understand the lead POV nothing more

Yes I know that there are many here in Egypt and I see a lot in India too from what I watched in movies or soaps

Zoya is trying to be a liberal muslim and it is an attempt of the cvs to make her accept and practise the religion of her husband... ( Here, Keep Islamic restrictions of marriage aside anyway!) So she doesn't represent the Muslim Indian woman? Her actions are from her cultural and social only not from her religion?

Thank you for answering my innocent questions
