Thank goodness there are all of you that also found it strange ..I thought I was the only one who was so out of touch with the evolution of Mehendi!!

I too found the color really weird. I don't think it was mehendi at all. It must be some other powder.

I hated that mehndi...

All shows have real mehndi here mehndi is so bad they are avoiding close ups

Even i was confused abt her mehendi color. But few days back jenny posted a pic of her on insta. In tht her mehendi was in normal color and the designes were somewhat clear.

Well. Its how the Real Mehandi looks like. Henna leaves dried, grounded and strained... then mixed with ONLY water. Unless you add eucalyptus oil/ lemon juice to the paste it doesn't change its color. But it doesn't give you tat deep tint... just a light one... if you could notice Jenny's palms while on the swing towards the end of the epi. She had a light tint.
