The episode begins with Zoya offering to stitch up Adi's button and sends Mahi off to have lunch ..zoya purposely drops the tiffin on her dress pretending it to be accidental and forces her to leave for home to change
Adi pretends to stop Mahi but Zoya insists
Then Adi offers needle thread to Zo
She starts stitching ...Adi enjoys the attention ans decides tobe naughty
Adi screams and zoya is alarmed that he got pricked .
Adi says if he got pricked then this is the way it would hurt no ??
Zoya decides to teach him lesson ..she purposely pricks him and he winces
He says this time it really pricked
Zo says no worry this is the way it hurts when one gets pricked
Later Zoya confronts Adi for pretending to like Mahi
Why was he flirting with Mahi ??
Adi asks whay was she concerned with Mahi ??
Zoya says he was giving wrong signals to Mahi n she did not want to see Mahi hurt

Police / bank officers/ harsh's lawyer threaten to seal Zosh company for defaulting on repayment of loan of one crore
All interns, Managers... zoya Adi ..Mahi are shocked
Adi asks Zoya what was Adi doing with all this cash ??
He took 5 crores from Adi and 1 crore from market
Where was he swindling all this money ??

The police n other officials ask them to repay or company will be sealed
Adi says if he took loan he would surely have loan agreement papers
The Lawyer calls Harsh and informs that managers were looking for loan documents
Harsh orders him to hold the dagger over Adi's head so that he is left with no option but to walk out of this messs ASAP
At Zosh all are seen hunting for loan documents but they are not to be found
Mahi reveals that bhaiya had a locker in which he kept all his important documents
They locate that locker ..but none know the.PW of locker ... Mahi tries hers n mahi's birthdays ..neitjer Zoya's ... then adi tries a birthday n LO!!!!... the locker opens Zo asks how did he know the PW ?
He says it was Pooja's birthday 19th March (something like that)
AdYa eyelock ...
The officials ask Zoya to arrange for the loaned amt
Adi retorts angrily asking them to leave as there was a pd of three wks still available for repayment after receiving this legal notice
Officials taunt Zoya that she had to return the amount .
Adi argues that he had worked with lawyers all his life and no bank could seal any property before due date .
Adi reprimands the officials n orders them out .
Adi is then Questioned where would he arrange the amt ??
Adi retorts that he would steal.. do.dacoity ... sell his kidney ..or anything else how were they concerned ?? Orders them to return after due date
Mahi and Zoya thank Adi
Adi asks Zoya to stop playing office office with him and start arranging for the cash
