First off, apologies for the late unres I am having a hellish time at work n I wanted to read this once more before commenting. Loved this chapter and this was indeed what the readers were waiting for 😃 to know what events led to the opening scene of this story.NOW I'M GONNA HAVE TO APOLOGISE FOR THE LATE UPDATE LOLSo there is trouble brewing in ZoSh paradise in the form of Papa Siddiqui? Not surprised coz every doting father believes his son in law is never good enough for his darling princess. I know everyone here are blaming Yash for dumping Zoya unceremoniously but I wonder if they can keep themselves in his place and think for a moment how frustrating it is? The bond between a husband and wife is very delicate n it needs to be handled with care. There is no room for a third wheel, even if it happens to be a parent. This constant interference will eventually lead to bitterness n Yash is a middle class guy who is trying his hand at being an entrepreneur for the first time n there will be ups n downs. U can't write off a person just coz he has had some failures That was totally unfair. I get y Yash was in no mood to stay at the party but even if his mood wasn't off he had to go owing to the urgency at work. Maybe Yash could have arranged a means for transport for Zoya before leaving her alone like that. He is human after all n sometimes when u can't take ur anger out on the people who have actually offended u, u tend to take it out on those who are closest to you and that is what he did.OKAY SO I FEEL LIKE I'VE REPLIED TO THIS BEFORE IDK WHY BUT I'M GONNA RESPOND ANYWAY! I COMPLETELY UNDERSTAND AND AGREE WITH WHAT YOU'RE SAYING. ONE THING I MAKE SURE WHILE WRITING IS THE FACT THAT NONE OF MY CHARACTERS ARE COMPLETELY NEGATIVE. EVERYONE IS GREY. YOU MAY FIND THEM DOING THINGS THAT ARE WRONG BUT YOU'LL ALSO UNDERSTAND WHY THEY'RE DOING THEM. YASH IS JUST FRUSTRATED. HE'S FEELING HIS INCAPACITY TO ACCOMPLISH WHAT HE WANTS TO AND WASEEM IS NOT HELPING AND HIS OWN WIFE CAN'T HELP HIM EITHER. I'M GLAD YOU UNDERSTOOD HIM.Poor Zoya Its become a tug of war for her where she is the one being pulled On one hand she has a disapproving father n on the other a husband who is struggling to make things work in his company so that he finally earns some respect from her father. And out in public she needs to hold it all together n she can't actually storm off. Must have been difficult for her.IT IS A CONSTANT WAR WHICH IS ONE WHEN SHE MET ADITYA, A PERSON WHO ACTUALLY UNDERSTOOD AND SHE COULD VENT, IT MADE HER FEEL SOMETHING.I am not sure if alcohol can actually make u feel better when u r in a shitty situation but that's what many do 😆 So Zoya decided to make a debacle of herself in front of everyone? 😆 And this is how she met our pilotji 😎 It was hilarious when Zoya called the bartender 'kind Sir' 🤣 So even Adi is having issues in his marriage. Well I never understood the romantic types anyways 😆 Reminds me of the time when my newly married friend came to office with tears in her eyes n when I asked her what happened, she said her husband came home n started watching TV 🤣 n he didn't talk much with her 😆 I was not sure if I had to pretend to feel bad or laugh hard 😆 It's not Pooja's fault she got stuck in a situation at work n missed her own anniversary but I guess Adi feeling disappointed is natural too. He badly wanted this night to be special for them esp when their love life had taken a backseat for a year now. The fact that Adi n Zoya shared something in common built an instant rapport between them. As for the wayward heart, I will say it doesn't know what it needs coz it is busy chasing what it wants, without really knowing if it is meant to beHAHAHAA OMG AND WELL THE EMOTIONAL CONSEQUENCES OF ALCOHOL ARE DEBATABLE. AS FOR ADI, M POOR BOY AT LEAST HAS SOMEONE ON THIS NIGHT.Adi being a chivalrous gentleman took her to his house so that she is not alone in this state. So this is how Zoya landed up at his house. I am curious to know what happened next coz at this point they just seemed to be two long lost friends who are catching up on what's happening in the other's life.YOU'LL SEE HOW THINGS UNFOLD IN THE NEXT CHAPTER 😉I love the way u write Akshita, esp the way the scene unfolds. I can visualise it and u know when to infuse humor. All in all, a very engaging read 👏 and I hope u post the next chapter soon 😳THANK YOU SO SO MUCH MANDY! IT MEANS A LOT COMING FROM A FELLOW WRITER!

So happy to read Chapter 4! Thanks for the update and I look forward to the rest of the story. We now see at least the beginning of how the affair started with both spouses jilting them at the anniversary party. And although she's a bit drunk, we know from the beginning of the story that she enjoyed her "time" spent with Adi in the bedroom so I'm thinking she wasn't that drunk to be able to remember her feelings. Ahem! 😳

A new chapter! It was just too adorable! Getting drunk is the best way to find new friends, and Zo and Adi seem to understand that well! Honestly I just felt so bad for Zoya - being stuck in the middle of the constant battle between her father and her husband (even though she has started to admit that her father is in fact right) is probably not easy. And Adi feeling like he's not Pooja's top priority, and only coming second to work must also hurt a lot! I loved their very real conversation (even they don't remember it), and I can't wait to find out how they ended up in the predicament that they're in, and how they proceed from here, so please update asap! :)

Finally we are getting to know the background story of what happened before they woke up for that surprising morning after the party!!
It was so mean of Yash to abandon his wife at a party.. He is not a good life partner...Loved how Aditya and Zoya clicked together.. Both were able to express our their feelings which must have been bottled up to not show the world how much they are hurting inside..Waiting for the part two of this chapter!!
FB scenes are hereI have been waiting to know what happened that night...this is how they ended up together...felt very bad for Zoya, she has to hear accusations from both her father and husband... it ended up at drinking n meeting Adi...both of them are not getting the attention from their partners...pooja made him attend the party alone...what kind of husband he is,he left her there...
AdiYa moments were very cute...I loved it...both of them are❤️waiting for next chapter. .update soon...
New Chapter, YAYYY🥳
First of, a big CONGRATS on becoming the runners-upComing back to the story, I LOVED IT and I don't think you can ever write gibberish or a bad story line. The flow of your writing is so natural.I am happy Zoya chose to not run out with Yash and enjjoy those vodkas and margaritas. And awwweee, Adii😳Their feelings regarding their spouses were essayed out perfectly and it makes so much sense now as to why they enjoyed each other soo much. Yummilicious😆😳continue soon
Gotta go in details. I didn't prefer how Yash acknowledged Zoya's dad's words, quite rude. Then again it's Yash LOL Zoya or for that reason, any woman could've felt out of place or left with nothing to do, if your husband leaves you & goes away, from a party like that. She found solace in drinking & found the perfect drinking partner! Aditya Hooda the sexy pilot 😆😳❤️
The conversation abt their respective spouses was understandable as both were going through the same cyclone of emotions but friendship over drinks? That's what led them to making them get tied in an unsaid bond, they never wished upon 😕😕Waiting for part B now because this chap was way intriguing..
