As I expected Adi deals zoya as a symbol of his pain. But when does she becomes pain.when she brings to him memory of yash. Else he doesn't go beserk with her. Every moment he was guilty of putting her alone in that terrace. He roamed the entire city searching for her. When he tried to pull the garland and it hurt her he gently took it off. Seeing her in the mess, almost dead he forgot he wanted to destroy that company. But something will again trigger the raw pain in him. That symbol of pain continue to hurt him till he decides she can no longer hurt him,till she becomes the medicine and proof that aditya is good. She doesn't need another to fill the inadequacies in him. That's the pain that is eating into him.the fact that he was not good enough for his wife that she searched another. As we already see for his parents arjun is the good boy and adi trouble maker.
