Bepanaah is well know for its intriguing and engaging story as well as its character which makes one feel all sort of emotions be it Zoya's naivety which can be downright annoying sometimes or Adi's hatred for yash and pooja which he is taking out on Zoya.
Adi has been time and again criticized for his behavior towards Zoya as zoya is not someone who is responsible for anything. He is definitely wrong in taking out his anger of Yash and Pooja on zoya. But is he blind while he is at it? No, he is not. he wants to hurt her but is he actually hurting her? He is as human as he is a devil when it comes to zoya.
He may be the one to push her off but he is there to hold her too. Unlike mahi who would have let her die there on the terrace. The reason Zoya doesn't hate Adi is that she is aware he is not a bad person. He is burning inside and the fire within him is too much for him to hold within himself so he burning everything coming his way.
There was a genuine concern from Adi's side when he saw Zoya fainting in rain. He may realize his mistake in taking out his anger on Zoya someday or the other but I don't see him regretting anything he has done because he knows how to rectify his mistakes or the limit to which things should be done in first place.
So far Adi's character is one of a child's. Like a kid he believes in expressing, taking out whatever he feels. The problem here is not Adi's attitude, its the situation and the person who is incidentally at receiving end of Adi's anger right now.
The way story is progressing is amazing. It helps one relate how two people already in love with someone then betrayed in love fall for each other.
Loving the way Zoya's character is shaping up as well.
