I am going to say yes because it doesn't look like Zain is going to see the truth he is set in his way and is ready do divorce Aliya. It almost looks like its going the same way a movie fromthe 80's called Nikah. In that the husband had divorced his wife and she marries his friend and when he found out of the truth he wanted his friend to divorce her and the divorce didn't happen at the end. She refused to be a toy between two men. Interesting how this track is going...

But Zain gave her 3 Talaq on the spot at the graveyard, Islamically they ARE divorced. She has to marry someone else & consummate before she can remarry Zain.
What they are showing now is only possible if he had said 1/2 talaq... not all 3. Marriage automatically is broken.
