The characters are good...and i am not expecting a mess up so soon, they are interesting, the build-up is stunning. In the past one month maybe 2 episodes disappointed me, that's all. And at that rate, the show is doing good. My expectations are sky high for a show to be good. I love Humsafar, Dastaan and Shehr-e-zaat. I don't think I would ever call any Indian show perfect. Nope they all fall, yet I watch them as long as they are good and keep me engaged. I formed my opinion based on what I saw, now if I am reading too much among lines, then that leaves me laughing coz i would be the one over analyzing, I talk a lot anyway :/ Besides, if Beintehaa people read the forums, then I do hope they see what kind of fan following they have and what are its expectations. Tell me about it. We get so engrossed we DO read too much between the lines. I had that experience when one of the writers for the show was all 😕 that we made such analysis. They weren't even thinking that long. All they had in mind was about the present track and trps, not the characters precisely.

Yup he is the decision-maker. He is the ladla of the house, being the younger one. Suraiya as a mother, I can say doesn't know her son, she thought Zain would never go to the orphanage, her face was worth-watching 🤣 You know, even if he told her that he ends up being in trouble every time he doesnt listen to her, he keeps doing that. Did that make sense?😆 I mean, I loved all the scenes when Zain surprises or should I say shocks his mother than Aliya. So worth it. 🤣

Drinking is Haram, it's a sin. You know how Arnav, Dutta, Rudra all drink, how people think oh they are drowning their miseries, but the reaction people gave for Zain drinking, this is where it stems from. Alcohol is a big No No in Islam. A muslim no matter where he lives, should be intact with his basics, but since Zain was never given any knowledge of his own religion, or never bothered to be told, he seems to drink.
Also in Indian Culture, Drinking is not something appreciated or taken in a positive light.
This is what I was thinking about. I have friends who accompany their friends who drink, but never indulge in it. They only give them company. I actually forgot about that for a while ki Zain is a muslim. And yup, our culture,, especially ladies can never tolerate drinking. But I think Zain has never done so at home. If we are right I think the newspaper article from yesterday's precap must have triggered along with the arrangements going on for Waleema.

More than his hate, lets just look at how he expresses his hate, childish. Zain doesn't truly hate Aliya for the person she is, although thanks to Suraiyya hes getting some misunderstandings and is ruling her out as bad..but he is soft behind her back, on her face he is rude, he wants her to get out of his life, and the only way is by making her believe there's no hope for this marriage to work. I know right? I mean, there are still moments when he stares at her which looks like he is so very angry at her. But is that what actually he feels or what he wants her to see? I mean they were both goo goo eyes at each other only few days back and now the attraction just disappeared?? He couldn't control himself from crowding her before. It simply doesn't go.

Thanks for posting in, it was nice to know ur insight into the characters 🤗 It was all my pleasure! 🤗

It saddened me that his layered character was being misunderstood as the typical, spoilt rich brat, when in reality, he is a very differently etched male lead, with traits different to most male leads. I was hoping someone would analyse his character a little more closely & put it out for everyone to see, being short on time to do so.myself. Wonderfully put!

No Kidding. I have read your takes on ZaYa, waiting for the day when you turn active on the forums!
Agreed, Zain is amazingly written ! It's a first, I have hardly seen a male lead that complex (making sense at the same time) and layered. Thank You ! 😳

Thankfully though, Beintehaa's success comes from it's characters ! <3 They have to be their focus, and they are, Raj Nayak said Beintehaa is about two people in a marriage and how they make it work.

That made so much sense ! He does exactly that 🤣 On your face Suraiya ! 🤣 Their scenes are good, given both are such amazing actors too !

Not only drinking but accompanying is also Haram, so is serving it, so is sharing a table where it's being served. Yes It's taking a toll on him.

Lastly, stated accurately, there's no real hate. Hatred is going to only start. I think it will be drunken Zain. Aliya will question Osman, that this is that best guy in the world for her, that her mamu chose for her..let's see how things unfold ! :)

Pleasure talking to ya ! 🤗
