Awesome update Wafahji!!! I really really have to applaud ur writing skills 👏 . The last two updates were sooooo cute and I loved the line where you wrote something like "He had never met someone who was so formal but could blush so easily" that was sooo sweet!!

Saagar looked at Aniket, "So what do you think Jeej?"

He was discussing with Aniket about Surili's party.

"Di's busy tomorrow, so I was wondering if you could grab the cake for me. I was going to take Surili out with me, so as to make it a little surprise. I just need you drop the cake at the house."

"I can't Saagar, I got to meet with the contracters tomorrow. I'll be out all day. Sorry."

"No problem. I'll talk to Tusshar."

Saagar walked out of his sister's room, and dialed Tusshar's number. He knew Tusshar objected being a part of any plan involving Surili, but he had to try.

"Hey Tusshar." He talked into the phone when Tusshar picked up the phone on the other side. "Hey yeah I need a favor, please."

Saagar discussed what he needed then he saw Vidya walking towards him with the aarti in his direction, and an idea struck him. He told Tusshar, he would call him back.

Vidya avoided Saagar's gaze, and walked past him, but Saagar grabbed her wrist to stop her.

"Vidya?"

"Ji." Vidya looked down.

Saagar looked at Vidya wondering why she was avoidig his gaze, now that he thought about it, she'd been avoiding him all day.

"Prasad nahi dogi, shivji ka?"

"Ji." Vidya lifted the plate in front of Saagar. Saagar took the blessing, and Vidya moved away. Saagar stopped her again.

"Hey, itni jaldi kya hai?" He shook his head, smiling. "Otherwise you're always crashing into me."

"Maaji ne...woh kitchen mein kuch kaam tha."

"Just listen for one. Mujhe tumse kuch poochna hai, kal raat...woh..." Saagar thought how to explain.

Vidya was dreading this very moment. She had avoided him all day because she knew he'd want to ask about last night. She wondered how to explain about last night.

"Kal raat, woh aapko...aapne ek bura sapna dekha tha shayad isliye...woh hum.."

"What? What are you talking about? Sapna kab?"

"Woh kal raat. Aap kal raat ke baare mein poochna chahte hain."

"Haan kal raat woh kya tum meri help, maddad karogi.?"

Vidya looked confused. He wasn't talking about last night, but the next night.

"Ji?"

"Mujhe tumhaari maddad chahiye. Tum saath jaaogi to Tusshar bhi maan jayega. Woh kal raat ke liye. Please. Everyone else is busy."

Vidya nodded, "Theeke."

"Thanks so much. Main abhi tusshar ko phone kart hoon." He kissed her cheek and then was gone, leaving Vidya blushing, and pondering what had just happened.

She rubbed her cheek idly, when Chinu walked up to her smiling.

"Lagta hai Dadda ko dheere dheere, aapka saath accha lagne laga hai. Kal kissi ke janamdin ki tayyari ho rahi hai." He winked at Vidya smiling.

Vidya looked at Chinu surprised, "Pur unhe kaise pata? Maine..."

"Jab koi dil ke paas hota hai to, yeh baatein yuhi pataa chal jaati hai. Mujhe yakeen hai ki Dadda apke hi liye yeh sab tayyari kar rahe hai."

Vidya smiled looking elated. She walked towards the Shivji shrine outside, and said a quick prayer thanking her shamboonath for the change in her husband.

Chinu walked in the opposite direction to talk to Saagar. He was glad that Saagar was planing for Vidyas birthday.

"Hey Chinu. Tusshar bhi maan gaya finally. So I've got everything settled for Surili's birthday tomorrow."

Chinu looked shocked, and felt terrible. Saagar was planning for Surili, and he'd thought it had been for Vidya. He looked back towards where Vidya had been, and knew if that Vidya found out she would be crushed.
