Among all of the negative characters ,she is the positive sighting in the serial. I adore her and she plays good character roles. Truly happy to see her. She might be the link to Santo's happiness to open Dm's eyes.

Yes pickles she played Angad' s grandmother in KYPH. And Cimba, apart from Surekha, her parents and Pinakin will also help Santo open Dm's eyes. They will be the link to the DM-Santo love story. 😆

DM is blessed with wonderful In-laws (And here I am including Nanaji, Khemi, Mongi and Mawdi also!) but his own family (Read Mota Ben) leaves a lot to be desired!

Maya Alagh is a lovely actress, but from no angle does she look younger than DM as the story demands!

Her character sounds nice though...surely can see her supporting Santo!

Yeah I too felt that the character is miscast. She is supposed to be younger than Subhadra, no way she looks too old, even older than viRAT. She is ok actress the age doesn't fit.

I liked Shurekha. One other thing I am loving about Bandini is that its ensemble cast, they are all superb actors and actresses, but, I haven't seen them before and I am liking this a lot.

Haan, Surekha does not look younger than DM. Infact, she doesn't look younger than Motiben either.

But am going to like her character just as well. Age no bar!! 😆
