I'm confused! Anant is a divorcee...right? So what first wife did Anandi had to remind him of? Does she think that like her and Jagya every ex-spouses keep in contact and have some right in each other's life?
Anandi chose an unusual and wrong manner to say no to third marriage! Anandi's third marriage does not hold any connection with Anant-Pushpa's re-union! They are two very different things. If she did not want to re-marry then just say a firm no. This step of hers only enaures me further of her incapability to take a firm decision for herself in her life. 26 years old Anandi was blackmailed by people around her, widow Anandi got blackmailed by Daddu and even a 40+ Anandi can get blackmailed by others! Every person wants to see their loved ones settle down. Every divorcee or widow is asked to consider re-marriage at some point of her life. A strong-headed woman would have clear answer and firm control over her life. She would not look for unusual and interfering ways to make her point.
Anandi bullied Jagya. She knew that Jagya holds the guilt of doing wrong to her and his own family! She hit the nail by calling out on him for his mistakes! Like few members said: Anandi lacks wisdom and tact like Dadisa! If she did have these two qualities, she would have, rather, convinced Dadisa to not bully Jagya into re-marriage! Anandi knows that her own reluctance towards marriage had been a hindrance in her marriage with Shiv and made Shiv suffer for no fault of his. Her wisdom should have guided her to not let Jagya repeat the same mistake. Don't make the excuse that Anandi just looks at good part of every situation because if that's the case then she should have never choosen to be a social worker as their work includes eliminating evil from society. Only such people have the ability to focus more of negative points of a situation and eliminate it. Besides, those who say that Anandi did not put gun on Jagya's head should recall that Daddu did not such thing to Anandi either. He just, as Anandi's defenders say, hit the very point by pointing fingers at Anandi's capabilities or lack of it to bring up her own kids safely and single-handedly. In same way, Anandi hit Jagya's guilt which was just as much of a blackmail as what Daddu did to Anandi. The only difference is that Jagya, at some point, took a stand and decision for himself by marrying Ganga but Anandi stills lives in BH with that 12 years old excuse!
I did find Nandini's way of asking such question highly stupid. It would have looked cute if she was 5-6 years old but she wasn't. Don't blame it on her lack of education. People do hold intelligence even when they are uneducated. Besides few things just need common sense. How can Anant be her father without being her mother's husband? Akhera was Kamli and Kundan's father and their mother's husband. Urmi's father was Urmi's mother's husband. Jagya is Mannu and Abhi's father and their mother's husband. How hard is it to make a connection that one can become someone's father only by marrying the child's mother? Divorced parents are altogether a different case but when has Nandini seen a divorcee to understand the concept of divorce? I don't think her village would have had any divorced couples. Either this girl is intelligent enough to escape a punishment from Harki and lecture everyone in Jaitsar or she is so stupid that she cannot use her common sense. CVs need to decide before she ends up being the most confused lead of a show! Oh wait! Her mother already takes that title...well then second lead to act so confuse!
People will not agree with me but i blame Anandi for her mother's death than Jagya. Jagya's actions might have put Bhago through such trauma but Anandi had all means to ensure her well- being to her mother. She could have ensured the woman that despite being an abandoned-wife, she has gained much more than she lost. If nothing it would have lessen Bhago's pain. She would have been bit better to know that, at least, some part of daughter's dreams is being fulfilled by Singhs.
If Bhago and Khajaan Singh are parents worth replacing then so are so many others in BV.
1) Jagya and Sugna should have replaced their parents for doing their child marriage and replacing both of them by Anandi. They favored Anandi over both their own kids. Doesn't that makes both of them terrible set of parents?
2) Shiv should have replaced Ira with Meenu because Ira favored Saanchi and had been rude to him for Saanchi.
3) Nandini should have replaced Anandi for losing her due to her foolishness and lying to her on so many occasions. Personally, Nandini should have really replaced Anandi for that woman did to such small kid. Even Bhago's decision to marry off Anandi looks more better than what Anandi did to Nandini.
