That is how it was praised exactly in the show by Shekhars as well as outsiders.
Anandi was a well known social worker in Udaipur and her Bhaili was famous.

Completely agree with your post Esha.

I have seen women in real life taking hold of things and doing their best to maintain & increase the wealth they acquired for their children's secure future in the absence of spouse. They are very alert regarding this because they don't want their kids to fall back due to financial reasons.

Anandi got Shiv's pension, funds & property. Her kids' rightful share in this property cannot be used by her for social service. She can do anything with her own bit. Also her husband's share in Shekhar property is meant for her children only. She can't spend it as she like. Shiv Nikethan is not like other schools where full fees is collected from students. Most of the students are rescued balika vadhus without proper family support. Nothing can be collected from them in return. Also hostel, other facilities, food, clothes etc need to be supplied free of cost.

Dadisa must have done some great contribution for establishing and running this gurukul that is why she was shown taking decisions and inspecting the school along with Anandi. I think there was a scene in which Anandi and Ds went to a class and asked students about some problem they faced...Ds took the decision don't remember exactly. Anyone who does please post the details of that scene.

Doing social service, conducting BV rescue missions and running an institute is neither possible through little profits got by selling achar & papad in bhaili nor through pension & benefits of husband's job. Definitely Shiv's share in KB family property for which Shivam & Nandini are rightful heirs is being utilized here.

Shekhars are like that. They will praise easily and get miffed easily.

As for anandi using her kids property. She is not a trustee. She is a mother and has full rights as to what to do with the money. She need not give them estates. Good education is enough and she is giving them that .They are not studying in international schools where the fees are around 1 lakh per month all inclusive. They are studying in ordinary schools where lower middleclass parents also send their kids. And they are not attending any expensive coaching classes. They will get scholarships if they are bright.

I dont think all the students are there for free. There must be some who are capable of paying fees like Nidhi.

Shivam is attending Kendriya Vidyalaya.
All I know about Kendriya Vidyala is that they have CBSE syllabus and as such they have to clear board exams.
When the baseline qualification to get into a good course or place in a good college is good score in the board exam where is the question of Shivam's education suffering?
He is getting the same kind of education he would have gotten in Udaipur.
Nandini may be in Anandi's school now but she may shift her to the same school as Shivam is studying when she catches up with him.

What ever said and done Anandi won't compromise on her children's education. That will be her biggest contribution to their lives.
She strove to get herself education and even if she didn't have Shekhar family money and she had to support her children with her own earnings also she will not let her kids education suffer.
That much is evident from what we have seen of Anandi over the past seven years.

Ensuring that the children get the best possible education is the best thing that parents can ever do to their children and she is doing that.

Good quality education is not exclusive to those schools which charge a bomb every month.

BTW Our peoples' president the Late Dr Abdul Kalam in which school did he study?

Bhaili is a self help group where they form a group to make money.
SN Anandi is the boss and she takes decisions Dsa is a very important team member not because of the money she but because she wants to do something to the society.

Anandi takes advice from Dsa and at times from J when she feels that some additional input in the form of discussion is desired while making decisions. She used to do the same in Udaipur too she used to discuss with Shiv.

SN doesn't run on Singhs or Shekhars money even if the families made some contributions because both families have a tradition of supporting worthwhile causes

Dsa is not rich enough to support an entire organisation single handedly at least from what is shown

Anandi has funding coming from government agencies to arrange for scholarships.

Simple. No NGO runs with the support of a single family unless the families happen to be big business houses who are nationally and internationally well known.

Anandi and Dsa were going around getting feedback from kids and kids came up with some problem.Anandi asked Dsa if she wants to help the kids come up with a solution and Dsa did. That scene was just to showhow Anandi got emotional support through Dsa and how Dsa was exploring new frontiers.
If Jagya helped Dsa through school education Anandi facilitated Dsa's entry into the professional arena.

I have a cousin who runsan NGO and he didn't put his money in it,.He raised money through donations and approaching funding agencies with specific projects. From what little we have seen it is clear that Anandi is raising money from available sources including government.

If it had been running on Dsa's money alone it would have shut down for lack of funds simply because no family can fund an entire non profit nonincome generating organisation indefinitely.

Anandi can't spend her children's property/money for her own interests. When a parent is living, his/her own money must be used for the welfare of child before the child's resources are spent because a parent is primarily responsible for the support of his/her progeny.

NGO's do not run on family money or the private funds of the person running the NGO.
Anandi is able to dedicate her full time to non profit generating work because she and her children are well provided for by her husband and hiss family and also what ever she got from her own father.

If Anandi can help manage other women their finances why is it being assumed that she won't be able to do that for herself
