In matters of succession, Jagya is one-sixth heir of DadiSa's property. Ganga and his children are his heirs and have no claim on anything else except any property that is built solely by Jagya out of his earnings.

Basant's share went to Gehna.

Bhairon may decide to divide his share among whoever he wants including Anandi, Jagya and Suguna plus his grand children. But this will only be out of his share.

Presently, while DadiSa is alive, Jagya and Anandi have equal rights (one-sixth) on the property to live there. They will own their shares after her death.

Of course any legal people will give a clearer viewpoint.

BH and DS property is earned by DS herself DS has full right made

Anandi as her legal heir...since its not inheritance property which only been shared with bloodline...

then surely Abhi will raise same Q about Mannu in future ...Mannu is adopted son of Jagya... he is not bloodline of Singh's or DS...

so Mannu shd be out kya since Abhi is only bloodline of DS

DS divide her property equally... no body gets big share ...

Bhairon too share his with three ... Basant had his own family

Dsa has divided her entire property into six EQUAL parts

Bhairon Basant Jagya Anandi Suguna and Nandu. So Ganga is only entitled what Jagya got from Dsa.😛

Anyways we don't know what Bhairon did with his property he got from Dsa he may also have given Anandi some property.

Anandi always had legal rights to stay in BH First as DIL till the divorce happened then as a daughter and now also as a daughter.

She didn't come in as a refugee dependent on kindness of Singhs.

After J dumped her even if Singhs were not kind to Anandi she would have still had a legally valid place with Singhs.

If Singhs threw her out like J did she could have claimed rights on property and the court would have given her

Ganga was a refugee and beneficiary of Singhs kindness till the time she was married to the son of the family.

Anandi's rights are not dependent on her equation with Jagya😛

if Anandi is adopted daughter for Bhairon Sumi and for DS ...then what stand for Mannu

so only Abhi will have major share since he is bloodline of DS & Jagya ...Poor Mannu

no wonder Ganga keeping this secret 😆 if Anandi is termed as refugee so will be Mannu since both does not bloodline of BH ...DS

And Abhi will get only one-third of share in Jagya's one-sixth share of property should anything happen to Jagya and he leaves no will behind.😊

isn't during Amol's adoption Shiv told to Social worker Amol will have legal stand in his poperty as his legal son

yes Basant Anandi and Mannu none of them are DS's bloodline...

btw Basant got Mahavir Singh's property too just like Anandi got Daddu's property & KB

I guess Sid made fun of this too Anandi got so many property Khajan then share in BH and now KB too

we saw DS made Anandi legal heir way back in 2011 ...during Jagya Gauri track... when Gauri ask Jagya to demand his share of property
