Among other things:
Establish the time of immolation
Establish the time of Raskia's arrival
Check with Ram Lal: He told the enquiry committee N was already on fire when he entered Shiv's office. This casts doubts on Rasika's version that she saw the immolation
Post mortem report
Trace the kerosene trail; locate the kerosene can.
Look for tyre marks
Get the tea boy to testify
Many others have added several other points.
Having done this, they should frame the questions that Vivek should ask in court: He should demand and get the PM report. he should seek permission to examine the SP and the inspector.
What she has undertaken to do is very risky though I agree that it makes good drama.
AND She could tell Shiv not to look like an imbecile (which he did most of yesterday) but put his thinking cap on..

Yeah, very well sketched. That is exactly how CVs should have involved both Shiv and Anandi in solving this case. But BV CVs never show strategic or planned moves by the lead. It is always an act of impulse or miracle.

Remember, Brajesh told Anandi she could visit all of Rasika's bosses, and they'd all tell her the same thing: For the simple reason that if they have been in a relationship with her, they would have a vested interest in protecting her. ( of course, there must be odd one out whom Ram Singh will dig out)
It is not about Anandi not wanting to intimidate Brajesh or whether she has a valid reason to visit Brajesh.
The particulars of this case are irrelevant to the general principle that witness intimidation/influence is wrong. And if the court is convinced of it, it can take a serious view.
In India there has been a long-standing demand for witness protection laws. In many countries in the west these laws are already in place.

Agreed that Rasika's past with Brijesh and all her ex bosses is not relevant in this. Rasika' past is irrelevant in this case.
In trying to learn something about them meeting them is a start and after the first impressions are formed them and their movements should be observed.
It is about getting to know something about them that will give her a clue.
This present link between the two should be investigated.
If the affair comes out they can argue that he must have committed suicide because his wife is having an affair.

It is about how a man, a DC has been falsely alleged of Molestation charges, and how all the related parties i.e. police, lawyer, witnesses, the accused and his family members together solve this case.

The lead is just one among them and not the only one.

I do not want to see the lead making stupid moves. I surely want to see her investigating, but she should have the basis for it. She can't just show up at the accuser's house just like that at an odd hour and expect to get the clues in a tray presented to her.

She needs to have a plan and a strategy. Otherwise it's foolishness. She was only successful in alerting the criminal.

Even if she finds out that Rasika was at Brijesh's place on that day, what's the big deal. Rasika - Brijesh can come up with any convincing excuse to justify their meeting.

If Anandi really wants to gather evidences, Post mortem report should be her first point. Reference Check on Rasika with her other previous bosses should be second. Try and put, 2 plus 2 together to come to a conclusion. And the lawyer's job should be to do smart cross-questioning. He seems to be dropping obvious clues.

There are too many lapses in this case.

Feeling so good to read that bold part! Yes this is not just about the lead and any silly move she takes. She can always lead...but let her take some smart steps for once. And totally agree with the rest the post too.

LOL watched yesterday's episode... what I found hilarious was that the only big hospital in the Zilla had no A+ blood in their blood bank ? 🤣...Is A+ such a rare a blood group? 🤣 2 out of 5 would have that blood group..Why just ganges ??.🤪.Is the state of the poor old hospital so pitiable?🤢

and her ex-mil's dialogue 'ganga tu maili nahi hui' was ridiculous.. 🤣
How does she know that ?

Just to show ganga a goddess, CVs showed this crap ?🤢 It looked totally fake and ganga's acting was equally fake as if someone had forced her to give her blood. Whats the big deal if she gave a bottle of blood? 🥱🥱

Regarding Anandi going to Brij's house all by herself, I found nothing strange in that. It is Anandi's inherent nature to do the investigations by herself and find out the truth.

See how she found out whose son Shiv really was ?

most probably Saurab will be having a back hand in Shiv's case. his sudden parole. his parents change of mind and inviting sachi&vivek back home so that saurab and his mom can monitor vivek pertains to shiv's case.Brijesh must be the culprit and Rasika a puppet in his hands. but extramarital affair will always cost damage. hope Truth will win finally

They will show Anandi going to question Rasika and Brijesh, making excuse of water to enter the house, accidentally finding some clues, may catch Rasika and Brijesh bragging how they fooled everybody and record it or other similar illogical ways - that is how all court cases have been - just when the judgement is to be pronounced, Anandi/Lawyer will come with proof and judge will base his judgement on that only. And pointing out the mistakes of creatives means we are nitpicking. That means viewers actually want to see what creatives are showing.

Viewer's would like to see the end of the drama quickly . Not an engrossing The Otherside of the Midnight courtroom drama😆

They let go of the most crucial post mortem report just to make shiv so helpless and an object for sympathy and ridicule.

Let us wait and watch before concluding. Pooja S. said that Brijesh cant be an IAS officer in one of her comments. But he turned out exactly that. Many thought ganga will record the statement and made fun. But it is not her recording that caught Shyamal.
So BV will surely show something other than what we are thinking. A surprise!

One can easily find out if the cctv footage is tampered with or doctored.
That will create doubts as to who will benefit and who has tampered? Who has access to cctv footage? there must be some blacksheep among the office staff who must have done that. Maybe even the peon. One can check the sudden prosperity in the peon's or the staff's lifestyle.
This will give benefit of doubt to the accused.
abetment of suicide cant be established. Narendra, did not make any dying declaration. He did not say he is going to immolate himself. Narendra if he really wanted to immolate as a protest would have called the media to witness a crucial happening. He did it silently. When the things are going in rasika's favour with all media attention, why will he do that ?
