For my part I did not find Anandi going to BS place objectionable.
She has seen proceedings in the court, Rasika's role reversal in detailing of happenings in Shiv's cabin , went to police station to see the much talked CCTV footage, found that it was deleted and officers there are neither sympathetic nor cooperative to their fellow officer's plight , observed their inefficiency too. Now what she is supposed to do? Just sit around and leave the matter to investigating agencies who till now have given no proof of proper handling of the case?
After loss of CCTV footage , she is a bit desperate to find the link which can lead her to establish Rasika's lies. Brijesh has represented Rasika as hard working , keeping to her work only , very focused . Apart from her character these qualities attributed to Rasika are totally false, cause she herself had seen her coming to their house uninvited , gifting a shirt to Shiv , proposing to go with him in his car for a meeting and Shiv completing office work which should be done by his PA. All this spoke that neither she is efficient nor focused on her work only. She would have been like this from the start not after joining Shiv's office.
So one thing is sure that this BS is telling lies why ?she does not know. She must have seen him during the dharna also. Yes , he could have come there as a friend but being an IAS officer , a responsible government employ he should have avoided it. There must be a bigger reason to take such a risk. At the moment she is just hitting in the dark for clues so she has just gone to BS house to check if she can find something to reinforce her suspicion .
And she was in no way intimidating BS, she was polite and gave a valid reason to come at that odd hour. Yeah she should have avoided questioning him about his divorce and let him live with his complacency that no one can doubt him. Still I think not much harm is done as BS can give a clue about his relationship with Rasika in his rattled state.
I agree with members who are emphasizing on
1- PM report
2- interrogation of tea stall vendor for identity of the person who purchased kerosene.
As for PM report perhaps either it has not done correctly or is already tempered by BS men who are successful in stealing CCTV footage and shows NG death as suicide only. when BS is so confident about their victory then he must have taken care of such an important evidence against Rasika's claim.
But I too am disappointed by overlooking tea stall vendor clue dropped by police inspector. Anandi can convince him by using her power of connecting ppl immediately to identify the person . If he will recognize Brijesh as a person who purchased kerosene or simply says that NG had not purchased it , it will deflate Rasika's claim that Narrendra committed suicide and it can also lead to prove that molestation charges on Shiv are false as Rasika is quite capable of telling lies and accusing a person with false charges.

Excellent analysis. Anandi has very good reasons to suspect BS.
The problem is she is the Collector's wife and if she probes too much, it can be misconstrued as influencing crucial witnesses.
Vivek should ask the court to summon the tea boy. Anandi should not get mixed up in this.
