police enquery have not started yet...so how bv makers can show that police is asking SRS's subordinates that what was happened...just wait and watch everything will come one by one...😊

Ng's parents are not at all dumb...they are behaving like a natural person...obviously they believe Rashika more than SRS...😊

They should show that Narendra's parents live in some nearby town, otherwise, their coming to hospital so soon is not possible. Police were seen with some papers in hand when Rasika was accusing Shiv. Inquiry may not start so soon, but they have to file FIR and they ask people what happened. I missed a few scenes - was it Shiv alone who took Narendra to hospital? Was Rasika lurking near office to know where they took Narendra, or Police or Shiv or office staff informed her?

seriously...is everything negative shown at 8 pm is wrong? first you all get angry if BV show shekhars and singhs just sitting and discusing but if they go little violent you start saying it's wrong...today crimes take place at normal morning hours so why cannot t.v shows telecast little violence at prime time? the world is not full of roses and petals so be mature and learn to tolerate some things...burning man is nothing compared to the amount of gruesome acts that normally take place...if t.v shows have to show reality then they have to be little bold too...their lack of boldness is what makes indian t.v shows weaker compared to other foreign shows

Narendra's parents think it is suicide and they are reacting accordingly and they want Shiv to come out and say that he did what he did with Rasika.because that's what Narendra wanted Shiv to do.

Nobody knows that it is murder, but is it not unusual that Narendra went to do suicide in Shiv's office and that too during night when Shiv or the staff were not expected to be there. At least police should have noticed this.

Any way, we have to wait for the episode. Just like in DB questioning Anandi about going to maika or Jagya being her brother did not lead to creatives clarifying the complex relationship - may be this time also the crime will be solved by some miracle and not with serious investigation.

Shiv's suspending Rasika will also go against him (he cannot suspend the PA, because he is not the appointing authority) and why Shiv himself has not been suspended so far? Departmental inquiry (by complaint committee constituted to examine sexual harassment at workplace) should have been ordered and the creatives should know that departmental inquiry is official inquiry and family members (of accused or accuser) are not allowed there. Let us see how realistic they can be.

We have already seen much worse during Rat attack, attack on Jagya in mandir, attack on Sugna and Shyam during mandir visit etc. There was more violence and more gruesome scenes then compared to yesterday's scene.

I feel bad for Shiv, but I am interested to know how this is resolved.

Just as Shiv can't prove that he is innocent, can Rasika really prove that she was sexually harassed? Depends on the defence lawyer too.

As for the murder case, if Rasika says that Narendra committed suicide because he could not get justice for Rasika, then isn't that baseless accuse in itself? This is because Rasika or Narendra hadn't file a FIR against Shiv. They only went to media, and media does not give verdict. So on what basis would Narendra think that his wife has not got justice. And how can his suicide attempt add on to Shiv's crimes?

Also if Narendra really wanted to commit suicide then why would he come running to Shiv's office?

Rasika cannot just win a case based on stories, just as Ds was not able to prove that she killed Heth Singh's son in self-defence. The mobile recording saved Ds because it acted as a reliable proof. Similarly Rasika needs to give a reliable proof.

People only saw Rasika in torn clothes and with screams. They actually did not see who TORE the clothes, so they wouldn't make correct witnesses either.

It is very hard for Shiv to prove his innocence, but it is not a cake walk for Rasika either provided CVs give some brains to defence lawyers. I truly hope that this time if a case goes to court, Shiv's innocence is proved based on facts, evidence, research, forensic reports, clues etc. and not based on Anandi's lectures or sheer luck.

May be CVs could look at hiring CID's writer just to write the court-room / detective based scenes

All your points will come out in court room and during investigaation...remember in Saanchi's fake suicide case the major point that proved that Saanchi had no intention to kill herself was proved when Kabra was able to know from Anandi that Saanchi's door was open
@bold
In cases of rape and molestation the burden of proof lies on the accussed and not the victim so it's Shiv who has to prove whether he really did molest Rasika or not and not the other way round

Thank you Aparna, it is indeed a very interesting track and I also wish it gets a solid logical direction.
The post-mortem report and researching Rasika's background shall open up a lot of things.
To begin with Shiv is in trouble, he will get suspended and has to prove his innocence. But it is not a very tough case to crack for Shiv if he gets a good lawyer.
Narendra's father wanting Shiv to confess is sheer drama, and Shiv shouldn't say anything that would go against him to pacify NG's parents out of humanity. It can't be denied that they are the ones who have lost everything in this entire episode.

So do we get to see Kabra as Shiv's lawyer 😊?

Fantastic episode. Shiv had no dialogues but his expressions were bang on. Take a bow Sid.
After along time BV makers have left the audience guessing . There is no alibi for Shiv. This surely is a very interesting track.
Can't wait to see how SRS is going to get out of this holy mess. BV writers please don't loose grip over the track and bring it to a logical end

The track is interesting and it will be interesting too if they go into details of post mortem and Anandi/Shiv recovering from shock and researching on Rasika's background.

Narendra's father drama is to bring in the mdeia attention and make Shiv more isolated and it would be great if this leads to bigger things for Anandi.

I do hope they get a good lawyer for Shiv. Dont want Kabra but it would be nice to see a woman lawyer taking up the case of Shiv and fighting on his behalf😊

Narendra being set on fire is more gruesome than Ratan Singh holding BH parivar to hostage a pregnant Gehna little Nandu being subjected to violence???
Is it more violent than frail Dadisa being tied up?

Ratan Singh going to that existent to get his son back and Rasika going to that extent to protect herself both are equally gruesome

They happen in real life.
