First inflict pain and then apply medicine. anandi did this with her usual callousness. Why to tell Shiv and make his life hell?

I too was thinking ganga was already pregnant before the incident. surprised that her stomach ultrasound did not pick up the pregnancy though it could tell that her uterus walls were damaged.

Expecting such details like reading an ultra sound properly from the cvs is like expecting floods in a desert.
