The Singhs have been polite long enough with the Shekars, it's time that heads begin to roll and I'm glad Basant did it and I don't think DS disliked it at all.

Politeness is one thing, Basant was too polite and Daddu's politeness couldn't mask his disgust as you said...their Samdhi wala rishta is broken whether or not Basant shouts or kisses Daddu's fat butt.

Absolutely...Basant in any case was a short tempered character...he has calmed down of late...but his fondness for Jagya overtook the calm...just as Daddu who is supposedly an Army officer uttered some of the strangest things about revenge...now we have the cv's showing our Army in a lousy light!!!

Jagya has tried to leave anandi out of it, for which he is to be applauded ... I know that he feels for anandi's position in that house, and dadisa has also told him of the implications to anandi.

But everything cannot be judged on the basis of intention alone. There has to be common sense involved -- the matter has now become a court case and a police case. This is not a simple white lie that can be swept under the carpet. It WILL have to come to light at some point or the other.

Lets be clear, Dhiv is not doing this revenge for his sister or his parents (family). He is doing it for himself. If it was for any one of the others, he would have also given his wife a fair hearing. Not been so biased. If he is expected to go against his sasural why can't she. Why is it expected that the woman must always divorce herself from her maiyka. What about the so called liberated educated Shekhars. How would they feel if same conditions were put on their laadli.

I mean her friends did not give her the idea to slit her wrists, they also didn't tell her to take revenge on Jagdish, the ankita girl just said that she still had the opportunity to fight for Jagdish.

Now how can that be interpreted as inspiring her for suicide?

Similiarly the conversation and the IMMEDIATE suicide attempt by making noise can establish probable cause .

yes koolsadhu1000, I know that the end result will come from the unravelling of her friends (and then all of them will go to jail under section 306 😆😆)... but I cant see the logic, so am waiting to see how the writers will establish the link between what ankita said and what saanchi ultimately did.

and yeah Basant could have been more polite as even expressing anger has a way and yeah

that will be interesting to watch that both Anandi and Gauri will be seen in the court
