Just to let the details out:

A collector never starts out in his state for the starters. All IAS officer selected in a nation wide training will go under training and then get posted across India, exception not to his own state.This procedure is sought to be justified on the ground that it distributes talent randomly over all the States.

Another way to move:
All-India Services follow a cadre system wherein the officers are allotted various states during their probationary period, to which they remain affiliated throughout their career. Getting married to another member of the All-India Services with a better' cadre is the only way to change one's state allotment by joining the spouse's cadre: this is called cadre-based marriage. Anandi has made her mark in the eyes of Cm , so the couple can be moved to their cadre.

It s not illegal nor anyone will loose his job while shiv moves to his native place. IAS position is not stationary. Shiv will have to move out of udaipur as well upon completion of 5 years of service.
Every IAS will have 5 years of his tenure to work in his chosen/native area in his career. This might extend under statutory conditions.

If I remember the episode, it was a joke which daddu put across, and he was bluffing he did not used any power.

I do not know about misusing, but will enjoy the drama, shiv and jagya fight and anandi being the referee. May be she will become kaali maata and shot shiv dead for hurting jagya, Pahela pyar and kacchi umar ke pakka rishta.

As of now, Shiv didnt misuse his power anywhere. He didnt break the jail by plundering the jail wall or give dhamke to cops and jagya got out. He bailed jagya on his personal assurance.

BV shows so much of fiction for education like ganga finishes nurse course in 6 months. jagya completes specialization in 6 months.
It is pure fiction that jagya got out and shiv got him out because even shiv will have no say in this railway contract misuse as railways are central and police is state. Special charges will be applicable if you meddle with central property

State laws and central laws deal with offences in a entirely different way. Even a overbridge crossing a railway track needs to be approved by central government and not only that only central approved contractors will build that part.

I would agree if shiv used police to capture jagya and build illegal notices on him. But he is not doing that . he is filing a case through lawyer and trying him in a court. He is not wrong legally nor is he misused his power until now.

I know what all jagiya did is wrong, but when ever he did something wrong it came in front of everyone and he has been hated by everyone and lost everything in life his respect and his identity as a human and anandi as well, he suffered a lot to make everyone trust him even now his own mother would not trust him, shekars who are not able to find out what her daughter is like and cannot bring up their daughter properly are shouting at jagiya very easily...what is going to happen to saachi just because of her so many of them are facing so many problems will ever any one at least know what she has done or shout at her...though sumitra is also doing the same like saachi, but everyone are against her and she is not planning to be wrong she is not planning anything out of cruelty.

If you talk about crime, Jagya committed many times in his life and never got punished. Its better not to talk about punishments in Bv serial. Saanchi crime is not so big compared to what jagya committed till now. If Jagya is presented in court his past deeds can be brought out by the lawyer.

1. Bribing the marriage registrar to marry gauri when he did not divorce his first wife yet. This is a bigger crime than saanchi bribing the pandit.

2. Railway fraud which he surrendered and escaped from jail term because of shiv recommendation.

3. His amnesia drama was never got out in public. That was seriously even more disgusting than saanchi suicide attempt as he was trying to be a husband to a girl who is engaged to another guy. He was playing with his family emotions just like saanchi.

I just checked with my family lawyer that u can file defamation case if you have solid proof.

I am not supporting shiv for blindly loving sister or ignoring her faults but just mentioning that its better not to talk about who committed bigger crime Saanchi or Jagya in the serial.

Shiv actually misused his power to get jagya out of jail in the railway fraud incident.

Well Yes trying to commit suicide is a crime in India. But there'll be no case against Sanchi. 😆

Shiv has always used his power for his and his people's benefit? When has he been all righteous and uptight?

He has used his power to get Singhs' and Shekhars' work done quickly. He held back cases against Jagya (of hitting him and of meddling with govt. tender figures).
Shekhars used their influence to get Shiv transferred to Udaipur. Now also Daddu brings people to Shiv's office and tries to get his influence to "help" others.

Filing case against Jagya now won't be the first time when Shiv has taken advantage of his power and position as a collector.

He may not accept bribes but he does use his power for his own and people who he wants to favour - whenever he needs to or feels like.

Shiv is in no ways misusing his power. He is filing the case as a normal citizen and not as a collector. Its better not to talk about what shiv has done for jagya in the past(a long list)
