I too want shiv to get back his senses to see his sister in true colors but cvs have lost the story now and just want trps. They will drag this saanchi drama as some more time to create a rift btw shiv and anandi.

But i am coming in the post only to sharing an information with my Fellow BVians. That is according to the Indian law if any Girl will attempt to suicide case after breaking her marriage or even her engagement then the bride party can file a case of defamation. yes suicide attempt to suicide is a very illegal in our law. But in such situation if the party who have launched the case can prove that the girls have attempt to suicide really for the break up then it will become a provoking in scudded case. Under both the circumstances the respective groom will be accused as criminal.

I do not know whatever they want. Either they are doing this only for drama or they want to give some social message. Its totally depends upon them ,How they want to carry their story.But this time they are not wrong in their information.

well, this is not misuse of power, but he is fighting for his sister's right as an Indian citizen under
Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act! similar to the recent Jiah Khan case...but shiv will eventually lose it as it can't be proven that jagya has really abetted the suicide.

CVs want it this way...what an irony, on one side they show anandi fighting for the same cause for the right reasons...& on other side shiv doing it for all the wrong reasons

gosh...am sick of this sanchi track ! she is taking everyone for a ride ! 😡

How long u guys gonna highlight Jagya's past mistakes to justify ur present culprit? Yeah we agree he was bad before but now he has changed now he is not manipulating like others, now the culprit is changing his morals and ethics according to the people around him. If u guys really feel Shiv is right explain that instead of hiding behind Jagya's past. U guys are still stuck in the past better move on with the story.

It's not about past here. When jagya did not go to jail for his past crimes why should saanchi go for the suicide attempt. No one is saying shiv is right in filing the case. but if he files the case jagya past deeds will be questioned by the court,

Yes Shalini. The TM pointed out Shiv's misuse of power. What does that have to do with Jagya's cases (open, pending or shut). Also the point here is that Jagya is not the COLLECTORSAAB. Shiv is. So whether Jagya got punished or not is irrelevant. Right now the COLLECTORS ethics are being questioned. 😃

@bold...sheets...u have a very valid point there...jagya's past may hinder him from getting bail in this case...but then he has an Ace card in the form of anandi to support him 😆.

Yeah, i agree. But this is not the first time he is doing such thing. Even before in the very beginning he used his power to get grant for Anandi's school. Next time he used it when Jagya was arrested and was locked up in jail in the railway fraud track.. So, he has used it several times before for Anandi. This time his power is being used for his wayward evil sister. I agree its wrong. But let him use it atleast once for his family, his Sis,

What's wrong in this track, if he's going to apologize to Anandi and JaGan in the end??? 😛 won't JaGan and Anandi fans love that?? 😉
